We liked the location. It was a block away from Las Ramblas.

We booked a room with a Terrace and paid extra for it. However, when we arrived, the desk clerk said they didn't have any room with terrace available. I told him that we would then stay only one day instead of the three days we had planned. I even showed him our confirmation for a room with Terrace. He then said he did have a room w/terrace available and he gave us the key to the room. I did not appreciate this deviousness. I would recommend this hotel to others but with the caveat that they cannot be trusted to give you the room you requested.

Great location, nice buffet.

The room initially assigned to us is terribly small for two people. The first day was a real nightmare. Without functional ac, the room was too hot to sleep in, and noise of people talking outside the window lasted all the night. However, the front desk manager was kind and helpful. He arranged a new room for us the second day, which is decent just as advertised and shown in pics here. So just try to avoid any 'X10' rooms, which might potentially ruin your stay in this amazing city. The WiFi is not stable. You have to ask the staff to restart the router every night.

The amazing location! I didn't use the metro even once and still I managed to visit all the tourist spots and all the luxuriant shops in a short stroll. Also the room was spacious, clean and had a modern design.

There was no coffee maker in the room or at the lobby.

Services all good including free wifi in room even though reception had warned that it was 'medium' quality in the rooms but excellent in reception. Good sized rooms and in a very central location just off the Passeig de Gracia and close to Placa Catalunya.

- Location is great, walking distance from many sites and direct connection to the subway lines, virtually in the center of all atractions - Staff was very friendly and recommended very nice and inexpensive restaurants - Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options.

- I had a triple room and the additional bed was not very comfortable, better to stay in a double + 1 single room

The location and the value of the quality for the price. Nice deal and great location. Very helpful staff.

Not a thing.

・Good location, a few minutes walk from Pl. de Catalunya,where airport shuttle bus arrives. ・There are many cafe and restaurants around the hotel, so we had no problem to have breakfast although we booked a room witout breakfast. ・The room we stayed had bathroom, which was larger than I expected. ・There were 2 computers for internet next to the front desk,(charge free)

・The hotel bar closes too early,so it was hard for us to receive welcome drink they offer to the guests.

Location, location, location! Friendly staff, parking in the basement, large bathroom, room also large enough.

Room smelled a bit funny (maybe some strange stuff in use for floor mopping - but not too bad), and noise from hallway/neighbors (but that can be expected in older buildings, and most of central Barcelona are old buildings). So, nothing significant, really.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, very close to Passeig the Gracia, and all the main spots in Barcelona. The hotel itself is conformtable and clean, a perfect choice for the price I paid. My room was not particularly big, but it was confortable adn very clean. I would highligth the service provided by the personnel, staff are friendly and very helpful, particularly Albert, the recepcionist, who gave us a lot of usefull tips for going around the city.

Location was great. They offered us two small rooms instead of one single room for my brother and I which was kind of nice.

Staff was very unapproachable. They would blow you off with quick short responses and made us wait forever to check in. We did arrive slightly early in all fairness to the hotel but as a seasoned traveler it very rare I can not check in early. We were almost afraid to ask them for advice on places to go and how to get their because of their mannerisms and how abrupt they were.

Wery poor breakfast, dirty!!!!! Plates and cups at the breakfast area, not enough seeting plases for the breakfast during 8-10 am every morning. The price we have paid was not corresponding to the value the hotel had offered. Never com again

the location is good, the room is clean but I booked a double bed room, they gave me a single room first maybe because me moved in, after my requirement, they changed for me.
