I stayed with my student, and the bathtub in the middle of the room was a bit exotic.There is no privacy at alll The internet connection was horrible, and I could hardly find an updated coputer in the building..Change the computers at the reception level. |

there were so many tour groups you wanted to get outside. The internet never worked. We were told our room was ready but had to stand in the hallway for 40 minutes waiting in front of the room. The buffet always ran out of items. The staff was not helpful because they were too busy with all these tour groups.Were promisses a bottle of cava which was not available and welcome drink which never received. |

Very central with easy access to taxis , busses etc. There should have been a choice for egg--boiled, fried ,omelette. There was no choice, Tasteless scrambled egg or nothing.! The television viewing was very limited. |

Best thing about the hotel is the easy access to everything by foot, tour bus or metro. The walls between rooms are pretty thin so you can hear people in the next room talking (muffled but still). |

The location is excellent, within 100 metres of the Ramblas,. There is also good shopping close by. The free Wifi did not work on the 4th floor. Also, the staff were not very helpful |

Rooms are well equiped, beds comfortable,clean hotel in the middle of one of the best shopping areas in Barcelona, convenient to several metro lines. The desk staff was less friendly than in many other hotels but competent. |

Very good location. It's just a few blocks away from the centre. The room is modern and they even have a balcony. The hotel staff aren't helpful at all. very very very bad attitude. |

This hotel is very functional for touring Barcelona. The location could not have been better. Extremely good for shopping and very close to good places to eat. Also very close to public transport. The room was a good size. We did not have a double bed but the beds were comfortable, the bedding very clean. The bathroom with the double basins was spacious and clean. We ate breakfast once. The variety was good and fresh. We had a room at the back facing a very large courtyard so it was very quiet. We had been told that hotels in Barcelona facing the streets can be noisy at night. The lobby furniture could be revamped but apart from this , would recommend this hotel |

A great location within steps to the main walking section of the city air conditioning was poor. We went with another couple and they had the same issue...the air conditioning did not work properly |

I enjoyed the behaviour of staff and their willingness to assist in all the matters. As well the rooms were comfortable. Furthermore, the bottle of cava was included in the room we booked that was a nice detail. Saturday morning the breakfast room was full and there was lack of food due to only few staff members who did not have time to bring food enough. |

The Hotel was very nice, the staff very helpfull the room very spacius, and no noisy ffomthe next room of the streets, The bathroom was the one of the largest we ever seen in Europe. everything was nice&clean the room, the bathroom, and the location was great.!! the price seems a little expensive. The Parking for the Rental car was 18.00 euros a day, and very tight to park. Yo really don't need a Car in Barcelona. |

they put us in a small rooms where there are bigger unit that they can offered us . Perhaps they made a mistake it was written single/double on your booking form and we asian are smaller built. |

Good basic service . Reasonable quality . No hassles . Would use again . Could hear coupole talking loudly once - may be need for a bit of soundproofing . Nothing major. Bar prices a bit steep- didnt use. |
