FGA Bach Apartments

The apartment was huge and newly renovated and the location was perfectly in the center of the Barcelona. Great for long-term stays.

It was full of dust and the shower was moldy, and when we asked for a re-clean they only took care of the shower and not the dust. And there was no coffee maker, only hot water boiler. No Internet. Not much natural light, but that is normal in the tiny streets of the gothic quarter.

The apartment is in a good location. Not far from Las Ramblas, the sea and the Las Cortes Ingles store.

There were no TV chanells in english or german or any other language than spanish.

It should say specifically in the reservation, that there is only 1 double bed and 1 fold out sofa!

Die Lage war, obwohl nicht ganz zentral, recht gut. Gut erreichbar von Metro und Busstation und in Nähe von Shopping und Kultur. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz (zu dritt in einem 3-bedroom Apartment), und viel Helligkeit (im 3. Stock gelegen).

Kurz vor Abflug in Wien wurden wir telefonisch informiert, dass das ursprünglich gebuchte Apartment bzw. das gesamte Haus wegen eines Wasserschadens (?) unbewohnbar sei. Nach Besichtigung einer unakzeptablen Alternative wurde uns dieses zwar größere, aber nicht ganz zentral gelegene Apartment angeboten. Die Einrichtung war sehr basic, und die Wohnung war offenbar billigst renoviert, ohne Gedanken über Bedürfnisse der Gäste (so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad). Die Matratzen waren von geringster Qualität, und ausserdem unterschiedlich lang/kurz (im Doppelbett!). Fast alle Jalousien (blinds) haben nicht funktioniert bzw. waren kaputt.

La centralità dell'hotel e la tranquillità dell'appartamento, nonchè la "creativa" spaziosità unita a tutti i comfort hanno superato tutte le mie aspettative.

Si sentiva la mancanza di una reception..................per una immediata risoluzione di problemi che si possono presentare.

Расположение - прямо в центре, рядом с пл. Каталуния. Основные магазины и супермаркеты в 5 минутах ходьбы. Транспорт - с пл. Каталуния - метро, ж\д, автобусы во всех направлениях.

Rommene var store, lyse og funksjonelle...man ble positivt overrasket over standarden ved ankomst. Gratis internett. Beliggenheten er midt i smørøyet av Barcelona.

Ved avreise burde det vært en gratis mulighet for oppbevaring av baggasje i bygget. Vi måtte dra bagasjen gjennom hele Ramblas området til FGA's h kontor, og betale 10 E for å sette hen baggasje... nedtur!

Beliggenheten var utrolig bra.

Inrichting, alle zaken als koelkast, vriezer, afwasmachine, strijkijzer, goede douche(straal), genoeg handdoeken.

Zag er werkelijk prima uit. Alleen jammer dat er naast jaloezieen geen gordijn hing. Kamer was erg licht. Verder was er van buitenaf veel herrie. Weet niet of er dubbel glas in heeft gezeten.

L'appartamento è in posizione perfetta perchè vicino alla Rambla ma fuori dalla confusione, i due condizionatori lo rendono molto fresco e piacevole al rientro dalla spiaggia, l'arredamento è scarno ma di gusto. C'è già tutto quello che serve (compreso un servizio settimanale di asciugamani e lenzuola pulite!) come boiler, lavatrice, macchina del caffè e addirittura asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde! Veramente ok!

Tre punti negativi, secondo noi, uno di media e due di scarsissima importanza: quello di media è che il letto matrimoniale è formato da due materassi singoli che tendono ad aprirsi, quelli di scarsa sono che la connessione wi-fi non funziona quasi mai e che l'assenza di scuri o tapparelle fa si che al mattino il soppalco che ospita la camera da letto sia illuminatissimo. Abbiamo risolto chiudendo il piumone aggiuntivo tra i battenti della finestra.

La posizione dell'appartamento che è davvero ottima, l'arredamento, la presenza di elettrodomestici nuovi, lo staff che anche se non è presente in loco è sempre disponibile cordiale. Consigliato soprattutto a coppie!

Danno solo una chiave della porta dell'appartamento

Es situado en el central de Barcelona. Increible! Es por 3 personas, no 4 personas comos dicen. Es un apartmento agradable, pero no de lujo. Hay supermercado Carrefour cerca.

Adviso! Este es un apartamento sin una officina central. Llegamos sin informacion como contactar alguien por llaves. Con suerte, un cliente (aquilador) nos dio un numero. Despues un dia mitad, alguien llego con llaves. Cuando tienes una familia con ninos, es dificil.
