The hotel staff were friendly and happy and the hotel was impecably clean at all points. Small little touches like ice water in the lobby and ice machines available on all floors were a great touch. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard |

The hotel was great - good breakfast, friendly staff, clean and well equipped rooms. Great location close to the magic fountains and Spanish Square (too far to walk to La Rambla or downtown). The hotel upgraded my family to a suite for the same rate I paid which was a very pleasant surprise. Nothing except that there are very few restaurants within walking distance. |

The room was very spacious, clean, quiet, and a pleasant temperature. The reception staff were very helpful. There was free internet access in the reception area. We were pleased to get a room at the Fira Palace as the hotel we had originally booked, which was located much more centrally, had been closed down a few days before we arrived. Location - we had to use public transport to get to the centre and, although the metro was cheap and efficient, it did take about 30 minutes to get to Placa Catalunya. Also, the price of the breakfast seemed extortionate - 17 euros each. Needless to say, we bought breakfast elsewhere. |

The location was perfect with the magic fountain and metro just 5mins away,la rambla just 2stops away.the rooms were big and very clean,we also found the staff to very helpfull.all in all this is a very good hotel and I will definatly stay here again when in Barcelona. |

very nice large room with extra seating for relaxing and ample space for movement. only complaint is that the cab rides to and from the hotel were what ever the cab wanted to charge . Isuggest the hotel only deal with reputable cab drivers who have a set rate for travel and not magic buttons that ring up whatever they want to. |

Fira Palace is in a great location. Near the Espanya bus station and the metro. Room very large and clean. Hotel lobby and restaurant were excellent. The taxi ride to the port varied grealy in price, so check with driver first to where you wish to go if going by cab |

Room was very spacious. Staff was courteous and pleasant. Hotel is located just a few steps from the Magic fountain. Hotel needs some improvement. Wall paper in our room was falling apart and drainage system needs some work done. They would also need to repair grout on the tile floor. |
