Their service was really excellent. Hotel staffs are well disciplined and think of the customers' comfort first, I felt quite satisfied with their hospitality. The location is the best for international travelers(about 20 min. From the airport by bus) and ave travelles(Sants station is just in front of the hotel). I also had a nice view from the room. I'm sure to be back to this hotel with my family again. On the days I stayed at the hotel, a big festival was held. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep, but they kindly accepted my request and changed the room which was on the other side. Thanks to their treatment, I had peaceful sleep there. In addition, they left 'sorry sweet' in my room next day! Eventually, this is not a complain at all!!

Good location near by central railway station. 2 euro to get to airport and easy to travel to outside of Barcelona. Clean and good rooms. Breakfast was not included and costs16 euro. But just 50 meters from hotel there are places to have breakfast for 3 - 4 euros.

Excellent hotel. Great location near the Sants station, with Renfe trains (saves you a taxi from the airport!), and several Metro lines. There also nice park just outside the hotel. Next to the hotel there is a huge supermarket (buy water there - don't drink tap water). Beautiful view from the rooms (our was on 10th floor and it was enough, executive rooms are higher).Good buffet breakfast on 23d floor with panoramic view of the city.At the reception, they offer the breakfast for 12 EU/person for all the stay, instead of 16eu. Staff was very attentive and all were aimed to please with a smile on their faces. Will come again for sure! There was no salads at the breakfast and selection of the vegetables was poor (but lots of meat, eggs, cheeses, pastries and fruit). We stayed for 5 days, and a breakfast was the same every day, no changes at all. Pillows could be more comfortable.

Very good staff, great breakfasts, comfortable rooms, good internet There were many loud guys yelling in the halls until 1:00 am and going back and forth between rooms frequently, and the room doors do not block sound very well. This occurred for 4 out of the 9 days of my stay.

I enjoyed the comfortibily of the room which is bright , clean and spacious. The 360 degree view from the restaurant on 23rd floor is excellent as well as that from our room on the 21st floor corner. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is very convenient for getting around with the airport, train station, the metro and bus station so closed-by. I can walk to the Arenas and the musical fountains in ten minutes. Just across the road, there is a lift down to the metro and can reach the la Rambla in only five stops. Absolutely no complaints.

For travel the location is great, very close to Sants Stations. There is also a market and very nice shopping centre (old converted bullring) walking distance from the hotel. The hop-on hop off tourist bus also has a stop across the square, as well as several car rental agencies. The hotel offers fair value for money. Staff were very helpful and always able to assist us when we had any questions. Got a great paella restaurant and Tapas bar recommendation from reception. For me a big one, no free (or even paid) WIFI in the rooms, had to come sit in the lobby to use my ipad, I expect more from a 4 star hotel. Bathroom could also be a little cleaner. It wasn't dirty as such, just not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. That aside, our stay was great, and I would still recommend this hotel.

Hotel perfectly located, very close to the Sants tube station (200m). Very clean and big rooms. Fabulous bathroom ! Very expensive wifi (4.50EUR per hour, first 15min FOC). Expensive car park (22,50EUR per night, charged after 8 hours). Expensive breakfast (16EUR or 12EUR if pre-paid).It's better to have breakfast in the cafetaria of the supermarket which is located 30m on the left of the hotel (6EUR per person roughly) or in the bakery which is located on the other side of the roundabout facing the hotel (close to one of the entrances of the Sants station).

We booked an executive room. We asked at arrival for a smoking room and we receive a room at the 22 flour that had an amazing view of the city. The room was big, confortable, and very clean. We had slippers and bathrobes, and the bathroom was big with a verry good shower and bathtub, with all that you may need. It was very quiet, never heard the other guests or the cleaning ladies in the morning. Also we had tea/coffe making facilities in the room, that was great. The stuff was great, always with a smile and very helpful, great english, explaining to us all the services of the hotel and everything we need to know about things to see in the city. We had a situation and we needed to stay an extra night and the reception stuff was great helping us with all the arrangements. Special thanks to Louis and also to Valentina. The Visual restaurant at 23 floor was verry nice with interesting and good food. The locations is good, beeing near to several metro and bus stations and the hotel had alwasys taxi outside, so moving around was very easy. It was a great stay with all, definitly a four star hotel, and if we come back to Barcelona we will stay here again. Food. The hotel bar Eclectik was big but cozy, with good choices for eat and drink, great stuff, very friendly. No free wi-fi in the rooms.

The location is good for travel to and from airport by train, also the convenience of having the metro very close by is useful. If the doors to the rooms were fitted with a soft closing mechanism the irritation of regular door slamming noise could possibly be avoided.

Generously sized room and bathroom. Excellent variety at breakfast. Nice to get a free Safety Deposit box. Room descriptions were a bit confusing. I could not be clear about the difference between Executive and Superior Rooms. I had a good idea what to expect from location and facilities in general.

Excellent location for Sants station. Great room views. Very outdated reception area and room furnishings. Next time I'll remember to bring some Cassette tapes to play on the rooms music centre. Relived the wonders of Teletext instead.

Gran Hotel Torre Catalunya is a fantastic hotel and offers excellent value for money. Their service was truly remarkable and they definitely go an extra mile to delight their customers. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and we were truly impressed by their service standards. The location is excellent. Its proximity to Sants station (1 minute walk) makes it ideal to take a train the airport. One can get to the city center within 10-15 minutes using the metro. Overall a highly recommended hotel for tourists and business travellers.

I liked the promptness of the staff and that they were extremily kind! They were attentive, for example when we used the spa, coming back we found a piece of chocolate on our beds. :-) It's not about the chocolate, but the way they try to make you feel good with small gestures. I warmly recommand this hotel and I plan to come back!! Don't miss Visual restaurant on the 23rd floor, the view is great as well as the food! Compliments to the Chef!!

Location and staff was very good. Spoke good English. We had a corner room and the first night was very noisy with other patrons. But other 2 nights not.........thank goodness! Also, we took advantage of your breakfast for the 3 mornings and were disappointed that every morning had the same food. We thought it overpriced and not that good. : ~ (
