Sants-Montjuïc

The hotel reception staff were great in dealing with our enquiries, and the room was spacious and had modern facilities, yet the price was affordable. The housekeeping staff was kind enough to supply us with hot water kettle and the security staff had helped us with operating the safe deposit box in the room. It would have been better if breakfast was included in the hotel package, or free wireless internet was offered in the rooms without any additional charges. |

A great hotel, right next to the train station Sants - good for journey connection. I had a large room with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Friendly staff - everything was perfect, in a nutshell. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large with great view from our rooms on the 20th floor. Very clean and modern. The swimming pool was on the top roof of a hotel across the street. This was inconvenient and it wasn't a very nice pool. |

Barcelona of course and attending Euro Athletics c/ships.# The Hotel is quite convenient to city centre by using Metro The Lounge Bar Is not as good as its counterpart in the Expo hotel nearby,where the service is better and there is more food available. |

We loved the staff - very friendly, helpful and caring. The room was great - fantastic viiews. The bathroom was wonderfully large, with a separate shower area. The shelf above the sink was very useful and much appreciated. The glass doors did not bother us at all. We missed breakfast one day, but there was a light (Continental) breakfast available in the lounge area - brilliant idea! When we left, we were able to walk to the train station, as it was less than 5 mins away! Great choice for us. |

Position is ok, not far from Plaza de Espana and from the metro (either Tarragona or Sants). All the staff is well trained and kind. I was given a nice surprise for my birthday. The building isn't new and also furniture is quite old. Guests booking a standard room may know that they will be given a room at a lower floor and proposed to have an upgrade for a supplement at check in. Shower head was completely full of limestone and needed to be changed long time ago as well as the shower glaze. |

Location, right next to Sants Station. The carpet was very dirty, hence unpleasant smell, particularly in the elevators. The hotel quality is that of a 3* no signs of 4* hotel. For my birthday they left a small stale chocolate cake in my room on the table with a spoon! I couldn't believe they expected me to eat that let alone appreciate it that as a birthday gesture. What happened to the traditional bottle or glass of champayne? I spent my birthday last year at Crowne Plaza and they gave me Champayne unexpected left in my room! |

Location very good, 200 meters from Sants railway station. Good bathroom amenities and great view from executive rooms. Breakfast too expensive; you can have breakfast much cheaper nearby the hotel. For executive rooms breakfast should be included in room price. |

Was right near the train station so can be convenient. Rooms are spacious, with a very large bathroom with shower and tub, felt very luxurious. Beds are comfortable and clean. Great hairdryer too. Staff very helpful. While close to the train station, the location is a bit far from the Las Ramblas (which is where almost everything seems to be). However, if you are prepared to catch the train (which we were, as we knew it was further out from Las Ramblas) then no problems. |

Everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, roomy and had fantastic views of Barcelona. It was my birthday whilst I was there and the hotel left me a little cake and card to wish me a Happy Birthday which I thought was a lovely touch. |
