rooms were very spacious, nice clean hotel, certain staff were fanastic and very accommodating. great location - nicely set back to avoid the noise but central enough to walk into town reception staff could have been better trained and more welcoming |

Large clean room. Excellent bathroom. Next to marina and short'ish walk to La Ramblas. Buses close by as are cafes. Metro about 10 mins walk. Staff friendly. Bed in our room was very hard, Wireless internet down for duration of our stay. Court yard view dissapointing. Breakfast expensive, go 20m outside and have better for a much less! The roof swiming pool is tiny! Grand Marina up there with the good, but not the best I have stayed at, so not sure about 5* status. |

Best view of the city and the sea from the one hotel. Really is probably the best placed hotel in Barcelona. The staff were very very professional and the whole place just oozed class. Impress a loved one by booking this. |

Nothing about the hotel enhanced our trip.the beds were extremely uncomfortable,the soundproofing between rooms is not good enough, the tv in the room was from the eighties and there are nowhere near enough sun loungers around the pool. |

The staff were some of the most friendly and helpfull we have ever had in a hotel. It was easy to walk to the Ramblas or Port Vell. The breakfasts are very good (but very expensive) The beds were very hard in the the superior rooms and one elderly member of our party was upgraded to a better room as her bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on. We will return but to a higher grade room. Balconies are narrow and only have room for standing. |

Staff were very friendly, all spoke excellent english and service at all times was of a high standard. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect for us, easy access to the Ramblas, marina development, Montjuic...Would certainly choose to stay here again. |

Views from rooms spectacular. Spacious interior and sufficiently close to all main attractions without feeling like you are in a city. Rooms and little extras really make guests feel special. There was no information available in rooms on how to contact reception or room service and which meant we did not take up the opportunity to use these services during our stay. I did not like the way in which prices charged for drinks varied and were not available on menu to confirm. I would like to see more friendly and helpful staff. |

Great location, the rooms are rather large and comfortable. The facilities are great (fitness room, swimming pool and jacuzzi). all this in the city center. While the breakfast is great, its price of the breakfast is high, well beyond any reasonable level. But this seems to be a disease of Barcelona, where food is not the greatest at prices that are not sensible. |

The hotel is very clean. Location is perfect near Ramblas. Very good service and nice staff. Very busy. The roofterrace was big but the swimming pool very small for the size of the hotel. At night there were a lot of drunk noisy English guests and you could hear them very well in your hotel room. Don`t take the suite with city view. It is more expensive and a lot smaller than the Junior Suite which is much better. |

A nice business like hotel that has excellent connection with the city of Barcelona. Hotelfood is of good quality and service very good. Hotel itself is a bit `dull` so for entertainment you need to go outside, but than again..it`s Barcelona so why not go out ? |

The Junior suite was spacious - but no view. Staff were professional and friendly. Only one caution - when booking a junior suite - all of those units only look into the interior courtyard of the World Trade Centre. So for a view (as advertised) you have to upscale further to the Marina Suite or go with a regular room which are still nice. |

I enjoyed the hotel's location, modern style and spacious rooms. The hotel lacked of a good concierge and proper service for someone new to the city with a large family. The hotel struggled to give recommendation and provide proper transportation. |

the location was perfect...near the beaches and the main attactions from the downtown area...neighborhood was really secure...hotel staff was really nice...the outdoor pool and the gym were great...so was the view on the top of the hotel...we had a amazing stay at that hotel ! the beds were a bit hard and the hotel bar and restaurant really pricy |
