The building is amazing, with lovely architecture

When I booked I asked for double bed overlooking Gran de gracia but when we arrived we got neither! However they quickly changed our room. The condition of some of the furniture is a little shabby (chipped paint, broken bedside phone) which is a shame. There is no complimentary water (only 1small bottle at night) .TV didn't work but after the Mobile world Congress I was too exhausted to ask for them to fix it. We asked for late checkout and they gave us till 13h yet when we got our taxi at 1430 from the hotel our luggage was still in the room so almost missed the train as the porter couldn't find it!

The location and the building are charming.

Very beauty vintage building, quiet in room.

English speaking staff very helpful, made restaurant bookings, advised on parking around the city etc. Great bar and the whole place has an interesting history, perfectly set away from the busy parts but a great little cafe nearby if you don't want to spring for the breakfast! Would go again.

Parking was 30Euros per day, which I think is almost London prices. We were given a twin room and there were no Queen rooms left, but the beds were huge!

The luxury and the help of the staff was superior

The service was outstanding and the room was exceptionally clean. We had a fantastic time.

The architecture, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the jazz club was a treat, the hotel is exceptionaly well placed - close enough to, but just far enough from the crowds in the main tourist areas,. So good was the service I sent an email to thank the staff.

The coffee - long life milk - terrible!!!!

Staff were great, room was fabulous with lovely views.

Breakfast over - priced at 25 Euros. We ate breakfast nearby for half the price

Beaitiful Hotel

The rooms are extremely noisy and very uncomfortable

My family sent our mum and dad to Barcelona for their wedding anniversary. I had read a review saying that the staff were very helpful and friendly. This phrase does not begin to describe how good the staff were to our parents. As soon as they set foot in the hotel their every need was satisfied (without imposing too much). They have been raving about every aspect of the hotel since their return but mostly about the staff. There was a misunderstanding about bill payment (my fault) and the reception staff dealt with it beautifully. They saw from the booking that the trip was a gift and did not make a fuss in front of my parents as they guessed we wanted to pay for the bill. When they rang me they were very understanding, professional and extremely friendly. A huge thank you to Natalia and all staff at Casa Fuster Monumento. Myself and my patents would higy recommend your hotel to anyone travelling to Barcelona.

My parents didn't want to leave.
