Free drinks in the room but they didn't tell us the first day until we found out the morning we checked out. Receptionist was not friendly. Didn't feel the 4 star service at all.

Ideal location for the nou camp stadium - within walking distance. Lovely and clean hotel. Everything we needed for a great weekend. Staff very helpful. Would definately recommend ++++

Great location for visits to fc Barcelona. Easy to travel into centre of town via Metro or tram or bus. Safe area, quiet, away from centre, with local bars and restaurants/ cafes. The breakfast, though not cheap, was superb with a huge choice of cooked meals or cold dishes. Even Cava with your orange juice if you wanted! You won't need lunch until late. Hotel meals on offer best decribed as light meals only

Sauna and bath aspects. I also liked the bath tub within the bedroom. The room and the public places in the hotel were clean and very nice. There was no music for dancing on Saturday. This was a slight disappointment as I didn't feel like leaving the hotel alone as I didn't have a partner with me.

The hotel is definetely quiet and comfortable and some of the staff was really nice. The room we stayed in wasn't fresh enough, it was quite dusty, but this didn't bother us too much as long as we didn't spend too much time in it.

The ambience, the staff Jose Michel and cleaners very friendly and helpful. Location and quiet free of traffic noise. The family room is too small really. Bunk beds are fine but only one chair to sit on. Four people and only two cups and saucers and two glasses. 0129 was our room and although very clean plenty of towels etc it felt very cramped when it was time to get changed etc.

I had my daughter there 9 months, she had so nice babe bett, very lovely, she liked so much, the time in this hotel was excellent, to the town with babe is good 3 metro station to line 3 and after 7 station to catalunya, is about 30 minutes but you have there lift. the center of Barcelona is very beutiful.

This hotel was a lot better than I imagined when booking. It was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. My son and I stayed here to take in the tour of the Nou Camp and could not have been better situated. Many thanks. Only the choice of TV channels. One BBC news 24, and the sound was very distorted. But please do not let this put you off, it was well worth the money.

Restaurant was closed in the evening (suppose as it was winter) and room service was not that great as some choices were not available, had to go out and look for a nearby place to eat which was not very pleasant given the cold conditions. Places nearby are not great for dinner.

The Internet WIFI needs improvement I choose this hotel for the internet connection but i was not able to use, the service was really poor ( room and lobby ) also the TV service there was a few channels available, I ended not using the TV at all, not happy at all beside that the room was dirty, a lot women hair on bathroom floor.. I hope this will help you in some way. When i was at the lobby I realized that I was not the only one complaining about the same issues...... Marvellous location for taking grandson to watch the football at Nou Camp.Also good metro links to Ramblas for my wife and direct to Sagrada familia.Quick transfer to airport by taxi,price of which was reasonable by international standards.Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful Raoul and also reception ,Ricardo.Excellent weekend break as a special birthday treat for my grandson. Restriction on swimming times for grandson aged 11.Seems to be alocal government restriction.Sad!

Nice clean, spacious room. Free mini bar (non alcoholic). Close to Collblanc metro so easy to get in to town. The food was not good in the restaurant. Suggest you don't book breakfast but go to the churro bar round the corner opposite Collblanc metro.

Very comfortable hotel! Which is situated near main street! I spoke on the phone with spanish abonents (numbers) and then I paid about 30 euro!!! I was a little bit shock! and also I didn't expec that I should pay for Spanish numbers (all people live in Barcelona)...and it is nowhere said that you should pay...

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to Bacelona fc, which was excellant, however it was also close to the Metro and so it was easy to get anywhere in the city.
