This place is a great deal. It's a very large apartment for 6 people with 4 bedrooms. Very roomy, including all the appliances and within a couple of hundred feet from the metro station! There are many bar for a snack, coffee, beer, etc as well as many restaurants. This is a residential area so there are many great deals for home made food as opposed to the Ramblas area or the rest of the tourist traps, where the food is frozen. The wi-fi connection was fast and free. The gentleman who answers the phone is a complete ass who argued with me about the location of the apartment. Very rude! The apartment was clean but there were dented pieces on the walls.

Quiet enough. Adequate. Secure. Washer and dryer good. Good location for groceries. Kind check in people. So spartan, The smell of cigarette smoke was so prevalent.

It's clean, spacious, and very close to Metro(2mins walk) and supermarket(down stair); we book a 2-bedrooms flat but get a 4-bedrooms one with surprise! traffic noise due to facing a main street; not able to use the locked safefy box

La ubicación era buena, pero los servicios ofrecidos un poco precarios. Echamos de menos muchas cosas en el apartamento y los colchones eran incómodos, con muelles salidos que se clavaban, las persianas estaban rotas, la tv y el tdt no funcionaban correctamente...creo que el mantenimiento de las instalaciones es pésimo. El mal mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

地下鉄駅からすぐ。広くて快適。まわりにパル(早朝から深夜までやっている)が多い。スーパーがすぐ。カリ- ファクションはすぐにあたたかくなる。日本人の友だちに会いに行ったが、みんなが住んでいるところに近い。-

La grandeur de l'appartement , la proximité du métro , de l'épicerie , du café , centre ville a 10 min en métro. La sympathie du Monsieur qui nous a réceptionné. Le bruit de la route , il manque un bon double vitrage. Les places pour les voitures ne sont pas toujours faciles a trouver sur le boulevard devant l'appartement.

Localisation. 2 salles de bain. Bon rapport qualité-prix. L'insuffisante isolation sonore car l'appartement donne sur une rue très bruyante. Manque 1 chambre d'adulte.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appartement. Il ne manquait rien, la cuisine super bien équipée, les deux chambres confortables, une tv avec des chaines françaises, terrasse agréable.En bas de l'appartement, pharmacie, supermarcher, boulangerie, tabac, parking et bouche de métro, vraiement le top ! Par contre, voisins très très bruyants, du soir au matin, ce qui a gaché quand meme notre séjour...

renfeの駅や地下鉄のいくつかの駅が使え、隣にスーパー（惣菜は無し）がありましたので便利でした。M- ERCE祭でお店が休みということでしたが、地下鉄の駅前にある中国系とアラブ系の雑貨屋さんがやっていた- ので、ちょっとした果物やビールは買えました。空港に着いたら電話を入れるのですが、スペイン語が話せず、- 片言の英語でもなんとかなりました。 6日間の滞在中トイレットペーパーが切れ、電話を入れましたが、24時間受付サービスなのに、電話が繋がり- ませんでした。したがって、自分でトイレットペーパーを買うことになりました。掃除やタオル、シーツ換えは- 無く、自分たちでやります。ごみ捨てもじぶんたちでやります。ホテルに泊まるつもりなら薦めませんが、住む- つもりなら良いと思います。

Buona la posizione. Anche se non vicinissimo al centro storico. La metropolitana dista un centinaio di metri e con la linea verde arrivi praticamente dappertutto. Comodissimo il supermecato sotto casa. Zona tranquilla anche nelle ore serali. L'aria condizionata non era presente in tutta la casa ma solo nel soggiorno e in una delle stanze da letto. Gli scarichi della cucina era semi otturati. La cassaforte era chiusa con la combinazione e quindi inutilizzabile. Il personale non parla l'italiano.

L'aspect pratique et fonctionnel. La proximité des transports et des commerces et parkings. Une bonne literie. Le concept en lui-même. La cuisine pour "être chez soi". Le fonctionnement de la climatisation n'a pas été présenté. Le ménage à l'arrivée avait été fait de manière incomplète.

Lo que más me gustó fue sobretodo al hacer el check-in lo agradable que era el chico italiano Andrea que hablaba perfectamente español y que hasta se quedo un rato con nosotros explicando muchos consejos sobre sitios que visitar o donde comer en Barcelona. Tambien la disposición de las habitaciones y lo grande que era el apartamento ya que casi todos podiamos dormir en habitaciones separadas y tener dos baños es muy cómodo y muy práctico. El barrio es muy tranquilo y no se oye ni un ruido como mucho el apartamento de al lado. El suelo no estaba muy limpio y no nos pusieron sabanas del sofa cama doble, tuvimos que llamar para que nos las pusieran al dia siguiente. En la cocina faltan muchas cosas, esta bien si no tienes que cocinar. No ponen nada basico como jabon de manos o champú en los baños, eso se podria mejorar. Lo malo del apartamento es que esta un poco alejado del centro tienes que coger varios metros o autobuses, lo bueno es que hay conexion directa desde el aeropuerto y se tarda 30 minutos.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Das Appartement ist ausreichend groß und gut möbliert. Die Ausstattung der Küche sollte verbessert werden.

“I loved the modern concept! All white with green accents in our room. I've never stayd in anything like it. We loved the balcony and restaurants and the square below. We also liked the fact that it was an appartment with a kitchen and microwave! We could finally make our morning coffee and feel at home. It was refreshing! Last but not least, a great feature was the location next to the metro station.!
