Olivia Plaza Hotel  

Good location.

We stay a lot of hotels in the world,and we have first experienced to pay using extension phone! There is no bathtub,and there are same door between toilet & showeroom. It's discomforting.Toilet is bit smell. Good location ,but the area is very dangerous!!Because the children grabbed the purse from walking tourist's bag in the morning.Take care.

The hotel is at Plaza Catalunia. This is where the airport bus terminates, where all the tour buses start and it's in the middle of all the shopping streets. It is the best location for any tourist.

Slightly overpriced. No pool.

Location was perfect, right on Plaza Catalunya. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was modern and comfortable.

A very good location of the hotel gives a chance to explore the city. Nice and modern rooms with a good soundprouved Windows.

The suite is very large and can be good for 3 person. Great location!!

1. the shower and the toilets are very strange - one door for both of them, 2. no closet, the clothes cupboard is is an open space.

Location, modern, newly designed, well maintiand and all you need is there! However the windows can not be opened which is a minus. I am not a technical genious, but I did not grasp the concept of turning on and off the lights. 1 switch bathroom area - fine! 2nd switch (by door and by beds) for the rest of the lamps (ceiling, reading etc) (day and night), so difficult to read when partner is sleeping and vice versa. I would stay in this hotel again!

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was at the top of La Rambla on Plaza Cataluyna yet it was quiet. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I will probobably stay nowhere now in Barcelona in future.

Everyone was very helpful to make my stay excellent. I had a one day conference at the university and then two days off for sight seeing. The staff helped me arrange the tours had good advice on restaurants and locations for different shopping. The tours were good too. Special people Fernando and Rebecca at the front desk.. Alice in the restaurant at Breakfast. She told me what ham to buy and the word in Spanish to explain what I wanted. !! Sergio who helped me when I arrived with my bags and showed me how to drive my room.Everyone was kind to me even though I have not all the names. A special mention for the door men who were always cheerful when they opened the door.

The only thing is that was strange for me was there was not a window I could open for outside air. Air conditioning was the only option and that is the only thing I missed.

Location and interior design. Very stylish and well kept. Friendly staff too.

Breakfast could have been included in price considering it's not that cheap as a hotel. Plus to have breakfast costed 20euros P.P. not really cheap either!
