When we complained the room we were checked-in, they changed it for us in a reasonable time. It is in a very convenient location close to shopping areas, tour bus stops and visiting sites. We liked the big ceiling shower. It is a 4 star hotel but there was no free-water bottle, no iron, no toiletary supplies except for shampoo and shower gel and no small hand towels. They claimed that they took away irons from the room as there had been many incidents yet they charged EUR6 to have iron a pair of trousers. |

The bathroom was inconvenient and the glass of the shower was showing through. The staff at the reception was very bad. The location is in a very crowded, unsafe area. |

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately my husband suffered a physical problem which impacted our appreciation of the hotel. We spend more time than we would have normally in their very small inadequte lounge and unfortunately my husband sat on a piece of gum - ruining his new trousers. But the hotel was really not to blame for this....just part of travelling. Entrance was rather difficult to find. They need a more indentifying sign. |

The location - Plaça Catalunya is the best location for a city break. The ice-cold room (and overall hotel) although we had requested to turn off the air conditioner (only lasted for 24 hours); lack of sufficient toiletries. The design of room is not functional. Small and basic Toilet/shower I had been warned about in the guest review and I confirm this. Staff member Rebecca was unpolite when we requested to open wider the sun umbrella at the terrace - she said a dry, "No, not possible", we then checked and saw that it was possible.No excuse for this lack of client service.Overall low value for money. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and its excellent location. |

This hotel has a great location. The modern design, comfort and style of our room and hotel made for an excellent stay. We have been on vacation for six weeks and have seen a lot of hotels. This one was by far our favourite. The door man was the cherry on top! Not one negative thing to say. |

The hotel was beautiful and very centrally located. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very modern and very quiet. Unfortunately, we had to request clean towels everyday we were in this hotel. It's a minor detail, but for a hotel that sells such a luxe image (and price to match) it was a bit frustrating. Also, the bathroom and bedroom are not separated which is somewhat inconvenient if you are traveling with someone who might wish for a little more intimacy. |

Excellent location right next to Las Ramblas and easy walking distance to most attractions. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room a big negative! Beds not very comfortable, expect much better for this money and was bliss to get a good nights sleep once back home. |

Great Hotel. Gorgeous, spacious room with a view of the Plaza. We booked the superior and it truly was. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect! Even had a Hard Rock cafe next door on one side and a Coffee/Ice cream place on the other. Right near the metro and always a taxi available. A two minute walk to the Ramblas and also the Passeig de Gracia. Highly recommended. |

location is very central therefore very easy to walk anywhere. a bit noisy at night since it's right at the plaza catalunia where all the action is. yes, the way the bathrooms are at the entrance of the room and they are an open plan so you feel like your bathroom is no discrete enough |
