1-location reasonably nothing more. After one night we decided to change hotel because this is not worth the money. 1-description of the hotel there is a gym but it is completely untrue, what is there in the hotel is not a gym. has only two miserable machines. then we make the complaint to the supervisor, she suggested we go to holmes place ..... a lack of respect for the client. 2-the carpet in the rooms and the lobby of the hotel. 3-Very dirty walls and doors on the hotel facilities . 4- The hotel rents bikes but bikes without locks.....5- very expensive...........Big disappointed |

The location of this hotel was great. It was just a few blocks from Rambla and Passeig de gracia, however I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was not helpful when asked for help gathering information on places to see. The rooms are not clean. There are holes in the drapes and the air conditioner puts out a terrible smell in the rooms. |

The only reason I would return to this hotel is the location. Otherwise, the rooms are extremely dark and pretty small. Opening the window is not an option, since it's stuck to another building and you have zero privacy, no light and no fresh air. Too dark, no fresh air, pretty small, no sunlight. |

Breakfast was poor quality and value. On both mornings bacon,eggs sausages and orange juice were finished before 9.30 and they were never replenished despite us asking. We asked for a discount for breakfast on checking out but they refused . |

Location is fantastic for exploring the city, lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms have own laptop with internet which is very handy. Rooms were decorated really nicely, and the shower is really high tech & awesome! |

The one saving grace was that our room had a private roof terrace with hot tub. This was great and it would be the only reason that we might consider going back. We booked this hotel because it said it was a great and central location. The reality was a 20 minute walk to La Rambla area. This is a 4* hotel where the check in desk give you the key and point you to the elevator to find your own room and carry your own bags. The staff were not welcoming or interested in their guests almost to the point of rudeness. Breakfast at 16euros a head was expensive. The hotel has been given this trendy minimalist/arty style - nice if you like that sort of thing, but I suspect there are better hotels with better staff and better rates in better locations. |

Perfect location,good disign,laptop in the room,big room. Reception coud be warmer,cleaning of rooms coud be better.The windows were dirty.The hotel in its brochure says that there are free bikes and this is a big lie.They have two bikes with no lockers and a deposite of 200 eur!!!!!Nobody needs them because they will be stolen. |

Location, which is why we booked it, quiet modern and funky. Comfortable bed and fairly quiet given the location. A nice big room with safe (though oddly located). Free internet is great but laptop is fixed to the desk. The sink in the room was over-designed! Shaped like half an egg with no ability to use it like a proper sink. The gym is tiny, with only 2 machines and the sauna in the same room makes it boiling. There could be a few more signs... We couldn't find the gym at first and a stairwell is apparently private, but not marked. |
