La situació de l'hotel i la comoditat de les seves habitacions, així com petits detalls com les ampolles d'aigua. Que per guardar l'equiptage el dia de marxar et facin pagar 5 € si les recolleixes més tard de les 17 hores. |

Location was excellent. Very nice rooms. Front desk staff OK This hotel has laminate floors in the rooms and hard carpet tiles in the hallways which may look nice and modern they do not block out noise.During our stay for two nights I slept for maybe 4 hours total. Loud patrons, slamming doors, etc etc. They have done a great job of deadening the noise from the Rambla but need to do something about the inside noise, I mentioned to the front desk that they did have noisy people staying at the hotel and the man just grinned and said "I know" |

The hotel is in the perfect position , and the double glazing is excellent so we were not disturbed from outside noise. Our room was as nice as they said it would be, so it was a pleasure to relax in. We only used the adjoining hotel restaurant once . The food was not good and the staff were less than friendly, we would not recommend anyone waste their money there. |

Location was perfect, on La Rambla but not in the hectic section but up towards Pl. Catalyuna. A little "cheap" to charge extra for storing luggage with them upon checking out prior to our flight. |

Good location,clean and helpful staff. With 3 children would prefer more hotels that cater for this. Expensive having 2 rooms would like more family suites to be available generally. |

The hotel room overlooked the Ramblas. It was in the perfect position for an evening stroll and close to some excellent restaurants. The restaurant attached to the hotel did not live up to the high standards of the excellent hotel. |

We enjoyed the modern aspects of the hotel and the location. Even though we overlooked La Ramblas, the windows totally blocked out the noice when closed. Very nice hotel. Parking was tight. Wouldn't have wanted to take car out very often. |

The location. Love Barcelona, the atmosphere of the area. The hotel is very convenient and easily accessible by train/metro or taxi. We went on to a cruise so it was ideal for access to this as well. |
