Royal Ramblas  

Really the worst hotel ever visited. My room number was 119, when I checked in, they are under construction on uppeer floor. The drill sound was noisy and another guest made the same claim at the front man, but he answered rudely_the room were already fully reserved. Are you allergy for housedusts? We will stop it by 6:00._ However, the real tragedy was after 6:00. from the naked toilet and shower, I was annoyed by the hard metalic sounds every time other used, and thanks to cockroaches, I can sleep even a hour all the night. I want to you to pay back my money and sleep. If you pay back everything, I would never visit_ royal ramblas.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything you wanted to see in the vicinity. The location of the buses for the city tour were also within 2 minute walk. We had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking La Rambla street but we didn,t have a problem with noise. The breakfast was very good and with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend to others.

I liked everything about the hotel and would return when I get the chance.

Honestly I liked it, it's really family's hotel & the price its acceptable, the room has double window so that was sound proof "cuz ramblas view at night noisy" so I didn't find that in 5 stars hotel near to this hotel فندق حلو وعائلي وغرفه المطله على الرامبلا غير مزعجه موقعه مماااز الريسبشن جيد تقدر تتفاهم معاهم بالانجليزي ديكور الفندق والغرف ممتازه موقعه ممتاااأز بنص الرامبلا

The left very smal & when you press up button or down button the same u have to go up then down, u have to take ur laggage by ur self in check-in check-out wi-fi one hour free per-day & 7€ for 24 hours the room little bet small, but nice decorated the lobby very small the room dosen't include iron, &u have ask 4 the water boiler الواي فاي لك ساعه مجانا وتقدر تشتري كرت لمدة 24 ساعه بسبعه يورو مافي عدة الكوي,وسخان الماي لازم تطلبه وعلى حسب امكانية توافره لايوجد عامل يشيل الشنط, يعني انت لازم اتصعدها واتنزلها المصعد صغير جدا, وماتدري صاعد وإلا نازل مهما تحدد انت بالزر

Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Room was nice, not noisy at all (I asked t on rezervation and got what I asked for), not too small. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Room cleaned every morning.

No restaurant in the hotel - had to go out for a drink in the evening. Stayed in room 215. Shower head not working properly, sink tap was broken.

Excellent location, very good staff, hotel recently renovated, good size comfortable rooms.

Nice hotel in easy location for first trip to Barcelona. Single room was spacious enough and didn't feel cramped. Clean, room was quite even though hotel is on la rambla.

Ever now and then the room smelled of drains...

It was a delight to stay at the Royal Ramblas in Barcelona, Spain. My wife and I took a 3 day holiday after a business trip to Madrid with Ajoomal Asociados, S. L. The location was perfect for shopping, seeing Gaudi, and heading to the beach. Our stay was most excellent!

First they gave me a small room ,i asked them and they shifted me to a better room with a better view but not on the main street

Location, location, location - situated at the La Catalunya part of the La Rambla staying at the Royal Ramblas means easy access to everything. Nice and clean rooms that looked recently redecorated, in our case also overlooking La Rambla, which in my opinion is something you gotta utilize when living here. I read about previous guests not liking the sound of the crowded La Rambla when inside their room - we stayed at 4th floor and did not hear any disturbing noice when having our windows closed. So, to sum it up, location, overlooking La Rambla and nice fresh rooms was what we liked most about Royal Ramblas.

Redecorating the entrance during Easter?! What kind of timing is that? We had to jump over construction workers when checking in. Nice rooms BUT thin walls, meaning you where easily disturbed by neighbours.

The hotel was excellently located on Las Ramblas with easy access to most of the famous landmarks by foot and the rest by metro. It was clean, well presented and double double glazed so the late night revellrey on the streets could not be heard.

The only concern we had on arrival was the refurbishment of the entrance/reception area. It was closed off but there was a lot of noise and dust throughout the day. However, no noise could be heard from our room.

The location of the hotel was great, you could step out right on to the Ramblas. A very comfortable hotel. The room had been newly refurbished in a modern style.

This was the best staff ever, they went out of there way to make our visit the best ever. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and will stay there on our next visit to Barcalona. Great hotel and the best location on La Ramblas.
