Hotel Icaria Barcelona

L'hotel està ben situat a la Vila Olímpica de Barcelona. L'habitació era molt espaiosa i comfortable i el tracte amb el personal de l'hotel molt correcte.

És un bon hotel qualitat/preu i la possibilitat que donen els diumenges de check out fins les 17 P.M.

Em va resultar curiòs que mentrestant estava fent la inscripció hi havia una gent italiana, uns d'anglesos i nosaltres, a tothom el van atendre en el seu idioma, menys a mi que ho van fer en castellà.

If hotel had airport shuttle, it would definitely be the best deal in Barcelona.

the reeption staff specially young lady was very kind with lot of information of city and possibility in Barcelona. her direction was very helpfull for us to enjoy our stay there. hotel has new design, room was quite big space and location in quite good to what i expected. in summery i am saticfy with this hotel and room and would be my choose for next time.

the staff in breakfast was not so kind. in opposite to all other hotels they did not accept to take out apple which i like to eat for few hours later. i never seen in other hotels limitation for that but it was such limitation in Icaria hotel which i suggest, it should be change this policy in so nice hotel.

Very good loction close to beach, very close metro and bus, good for parking, room clean and nice, good and rich breakfest buffet, the staff in the reception very polite and helpfull. We had a small dog and there is no problem, We recomand this hotel

Nothing was problem.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and tried to solve all our requests. It was close to the sea side. The children enjoyed the Pool and Jacuzzi

I think there are some problems with the ventilation. Sometimes felt a smell from the bathroom.

Great location and great breakfast. Free internet access from 3 computers near reception. Close to the beach and 15 minutes bus ride from city centre

Lovely pool, family room is excellent for 2+2 and located only a few minutes from Barcelona beach. Great location if you want to be away from the busy centre, with easy access to everything you need; beach, Barcelona Tour Bus, City Centre, restaurants etc.

Breakfast wasn't very good value, but there were plenty of good alternatives within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.

Its the 4th time inside the last year that i've stayed at this hotel and it gets better everytime. Ideal location to get to anywhere in the city as there is a bus stop outside and the metro is a 5/10 minute walk (but i suggest that you use Villa Olimpica station as its a much nicer walk than Bogatell) The staff are very helpul,clean rooms and towels every morning, and in the 4 times i've stayed there i have to say that the hotel is suitable for young kids,older children and adults, they cater for all ages and i've already booked my next 2 visits, a big plus is that the beach is only a 3 minute walk away

I liked the fact that the hotel was 2 minutes walk from the beach. It was very quiet and clean and the breakfast was very nice.

The key card kept breaking which was annoying because I had to go down to reception to replace it on quite a few occasions.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, which I would recommend to anyone. The location was perfect, 40 minute walk from La Ramblas and 5 minutes to the beech/promenade, where we had a 4 course meal for 5 people including seafood paella, rose wine and liquers for 60 euros, excellent value. There was also a large supermarket 2 minutes walk away where water, beer etc was very cheap. The free breakfast had amazing choice, hot and cold, free use of the internet (3 PCs) and free towels for the pool from reception. I would definately go back.

The only down side was the equipment in the gym was a little hammered.
