No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Would have given up the soft drinks for this facility.

My husband and i stayed there for 2 nights. Love the room is really spacious and lovely with the sound system. Perfectly fit wat we are looking for. The price is reasonable and staff are very friendly.

We get a "double bed" where they combine two single bed into one.. So there is a gap in between. So is kinda hard for us to cuddle~ the location is a little far from the city,but is easily access by metro

Got the room for a very good price and was worth every penny. Some staff are very friendly but ....... Will stay again if I get for the same price I got

I did come across this odd moody male receptionist. But you can't help - sone people don't realise it is easy to be nice than the other way. Apart from this good stay.

I've stayed here a few times over the years due to its proximity to the Primavera Festival. It's a nice hotel but this time around I was noticing a little wear around the edges--cracked windows, chipped bathroom vanities, etc. I also noticed housekeeping was pretty slow on cleaning up room service trays which littered our hallway for almost 24 hours.

We enjoyed our stay very much! And as an extra bonus at checkout, the girl in the reception was so beautiful!

The only downside to our stay was the unfilled minibar! But no biggie!

Very friendly welcoming staff, providing a very detailed list of hotel amenities and offers. Hotel very clean, bar staff very friendly.

After staying in lots of apartments it was relieving to be with the luxuries of a hotel. And finally to have a proper buffet breakfast offered!

Once we had neighbours the sound came through very clear, like them talking, scrapping the chair, flushing the toilet. It wasn't them being overly loud, but I think just thin walls.

The room was great, we had an amazing view from the 26th floor. The breakfast was great value for money and the variety was very good. I would stay here again.Overall exellent

The ladies sauna was out of order and would have liked an indoor pool.

Glass walls and doors in the bathroom. Additional breakfast charge of 19 euros per person per day The fact that two friends got better accommodation in the ac across the road for 60% of the Princess cost to me, and breakfast was included!

Clean and modern room, good sleeping quality. Excellent breakfast, very friendly bell man Oscar & very helpful front desk staff. Convenient to sub-way station.

No kettle for boiling water & no replenishment for the bottle water. I had to buy a very big bottle of water to drink each day from the nearby supermaket & it was rather inconvenient. The climate in Barcelona was very windy and cold during my stay. I could not take soft drinks from the refrigerator even though the hotel was generous to offer them free of charge. I found many guests coughing in the breakfast room and thank god I was not.

The hotel was amazing value for money considering what we paid! We had the roof pool on the 23rd floor to ourselves!! The breakfast was amazing!!

Close to the metro, shopping, allocated room was as expected, great breakfast. Received a small complementary bottle of champagne in the room when we returned to the room the Friday night we booked in, with strawberries dipped in dark chocolate - very nice touch. Again received a bigger bottle of champagne and assorted small tarts on my Birthday that Sunday night - even better!

Sauna was not working and due to a medical condition, I get serious muscle spasms and booked this hotel specifically for this reason - ended up messing with my holiday, stiff & pain and spending a whole day in bed – very disappointing.

technical maintencance - On arrival after a long trip I had to go up to my room 3 times because the key didnt work. Then they gave me a new room that was a disaster - the noise from the room above all night was terrible. When they flushed the toilet it sounded like the roof was coming in. So I couldnt sleep despite asking for a quite room on my booking form. Then at dawn the sun came in because the electric b linds did not work. The WiFi was unusable - connected but kept cutting out. The Manger insisted that the room and hotel were OK and they had just upgraded to 4 star. He insisted that I was an awkward customer despite. I insisted to himk that the Hotel should be returned to 3 Star or less. Will n ever stay there again and would certainly NOT recomment this especially at EUR 175 per night. I have had more confortable nights in a tent or hostel.

To be completely honest I was literally stunned by the great service & facilities offered! From the room to the location to the amenities! Princess Hotel certainly was such an amazing experience & will be on my list to stay at on my next visit to Barcelona! They also have a massage service which was great & I tried as I was coming on train from Paris
