Silken Ramblas  

ランブラス通りからも近く歩きで何処でも行ける ただ、部屋の壁が薄く、隣の声がまる聞こえ。ちょっぴり残念です。

ランブラスのすぐそばで、部屋もかなり広く、非常に親切なホテルで、満足しました。

インターネットが無料なのはいいのですが、webの閲覧しかできず、メールを取り込むことができません。w- ebメールを使うしかなかったのが、仕事的には困りました。

My wife and I liked the way the rooms were set up. The service by the staff was very good.

My wife and I were disappointed in our stay at Silken Ramblas in Barcelona. I booked a non-smoking room online, but we were given a smoking room. It is was terrible smelling the stale smoke all through the night. We had to open the window just to air it out. Air conditioning did not work. Very hot and no air circulation. One of the lights above the bed kept blinking all night keeping us up. Very disappointed.

you could hear what your neibours were doing e.g flushing their toilette ,watching tv or talking with each other!

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city.

The Walls in our rooms were so thin that we could hear our next door neighbours chatting, going to the toilet and having sex. The view from our window looked directly into the living room of a downmarket flat opposite. The hotel issues the guests a card which activites the electricity within the room however we had to use this same card to open the safe, once we took the card out of the electricity slot to open the safe the lights would go out in the room and we had to struggle to open the safe in the pitch black! Not a hotel I would ever go back too.

The location was excellent. The housekeeping of the rooms was very good.

The hotel was a little worn, in busy times I think the noise levels of other rooms could be a problem.

We were very pleased with our stay. My daughter was let down with her accommodation in Barcelona and having made a request to change our room to a room for three which turned our to be unavailable, Oscar, one of the reception staff arranged to have an extra bed put in our room to accomodate her. The reception staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious enough given that there were three of us sharing, spoitlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is superb. We would definitely go back and would recommend the hotel to friends.

The only critisizm I would have is that the rooms are dark. Natural light is a problem but a few extra lamps would help. We did not have breakfast as we felt a charge of €17 was far too expensive. The dinner menu we felt was very limited so we chose to eat out.

Location was excellent, staff very friendly, helpful and fluent in English. Beautiful reception and bar. However, never purchased any drinks so couldn't comment on price.

Rooms could do with being updated. There were items of furniture that needed fixed/replaced.

Room was very dark, bathroom was basic, not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Location between many tourists spots and the tourist bus routes. Modern, clean, cute amenities boxes

Could not control the heat or cool at all. Got too hot in the night and unable to have only a sheet due to the duvet situation.

Good location, quiet at night - you could not here the noise from the street and bars like you sometimes can in hotels located on the other side of La Ramblas

Walls must be thin. Could hear the shower going in the next room which woke us up each morning, but apart from that pretty good.
