Silken Gran Hotel Havana

ロケーションがすばらしいです。バスタブ広くリラックスできます。コーヒーと軽食サービスがあるフロアに泊- まりましたが夏はあまりメリットを感じませんでした。騒音ほどではありませんが大通りに面している部屋は音- を完全にシャットアウトできないので神経質な人は部屋を指定した方がいいと思います。

エアコンの利きが悪く、急に気温が上がった事もあり寝苦しかったです。

部屋の天井が非常に高いので、開放感があり快適に過ごせました。また、朝食が非常に充実しており美味しかっ- たです。

部屋階数が低いせいか、地下鉄の音と振動が部屋に伝わり、睡眠時は耳栓をしました。

ロケーションが良い。団体客が来ないので騒々しくない。

泊まったフローだけかもしれないが、床が絨毯では無くフローリングの為、足音が結構響く（他の部屋の音が聞- こえる）。窓の防音が十分でない為車の音や大きな話声が聞こえる。神経質な人は厳しいかも…。

立地についてはやや繁華街から離れていたが、便利につかえた

朝食のブッフェはとても美味しく、満足でした。建物自体は歴史あるようでしたが、改築されていて、おしゃれ- で清潔でした。深夜に到着したにもかかわらず、スタッフの対応も良かったです。ありがとうございました。

ほんのわずかですが、電車の音のような規則的な音が気になりました。

a/c was not working

This hotel was beautiful, our room was a good size with huge twin beds and a gorgeous bathroom... We liked the short 5/10mins walk to the centre and the area its in is nice. The hotel pool was small but enough to cool down after some sunbathing. Would def stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The room was spotless, the hospitality tray had everything we would need for our stay and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Although not cheap, the breakfast was fresh, plentiful and catered for all tastes. Complimentary use of towels for the pool and sauna came as a pleasant surprise. Only a short walk from Catalunya and Barrio Gotico but quiet and comfortble - and we had the added bonus of a terrace - we will definitely use this hotel again.

Well located and nice swimming/sun-relaxing area on the roof.

We stayed on the first floor and it was noisy due to trains (underground) especially in the morning. Breakfast was not not the best compared with price.

i certainly didn't like being charged 8 euros for acampari and soda- didn't use the hotel bar a second time!

The cleanliness and the facilities of the hotel were beyond our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the small pool area at the roof was very useful for sunbathing. I think the hotel was renoveted last year, because of which all the materials were like new.I highly recommend the hotel if you want a nice, clean hotel with the comfort of a business hotel in the heart of the city for a holiday or a business trip.
