Check in reasonably efficient but certainly not warm. We had to enquire about the inclusive breakfast. No additional information given. Bedroom basic. Wooden floors lead to quite a bit of noise transfer from early morning and late at night.

The hotel is very close to a metro exit in a living quarter. The hotel is functional with nicely decorated room. Breakfast is good with a good variety in products. Staff at reception and in restaurant is very friendly and helping.

Not with our room, but with room of our friends on the backside, there is sometimes rumor in the backyard during night.

Old fashioned hotel. Dark rooms. No a/c!. Too expensive for the value, and buffet breakfast costs 17€, and they say they give you fresh orange juice, but not true, which is not aceptable.

The room was attractive and very clean; the staff was very helpful and nice; the location was great - very near subway stops in a nice neighborhood; had parking available in garage under hotel.

Breakfast price, but there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast. We did not use the restaurant, despite being given a voucher for 15% off.

The room I got after complaining about the first one was good, more what you could expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent on Friday morning and more regular on Saturday; it was interesting that they changed it so much. I think this hotel offers more value for money for business travellers during the working week.

The first (single) room I was assigned was very poor and more like 2 star level than 4: tiny, views towards a narrow alley, badly ventilated (and for smokers although I asked for a non-smoking). Both rooms smelled very strong from some cheap air refresher; I would recommend not using that, it was not necessary at all as they were clean.

Room was quite and comfortable. It was a room in the interior of the hotel but has a window from which enters enough light which is good. Toilet was clean. Breakfast has an excellent offer. Internet is free.

Very Late check -in , forgot a bag in the room after I checked out, called the front desk 3 hours later and they couldn't find the bag.... Basically they didn't care at all to find it.. They just told me to send an e-mail again and again, with no reply from their side. Awful room service menu....

Very nice staff, hotel clean and comfortable. I had a double room for single use. The room is very nice, also clean and comfortable and the bathroom was ok. Was a non smokers floor so no smell of smoke. The bar staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was more than enough with different options for all tastes. I've used the WiFi connection in the room and at the hotel bar and was very satisfied. Great location: 25 minutes drive from the airport, has a taxi stop in front of the hotel entrance and a 10 minutes walk to the subway stop. I would recommend it to friends and I would return.

Bit noisy because there was a group of teenagers lodge at the hotel although it wasn't for long. The nightstand lamp wouldn't lock in to position when moved.

The fact that it is convenient and close to my office and that the staff are friendly and the hotel feels cozy and uncomplicated.

The tv is not available in vo even though in Spain we can watch any channel in either dubbed or vo version since 2010. They should change this immediately as most of us do not watch Spanish tv. Otherwise, the rest is good and as expected.
