The Baviera has a central location in Marbella

the front rooms were noisy due to traffic nearby.

Convenient location and a great value for the money. I would stay here again.

Everything at the hotel was great and you cannot get location/price better than this. I'm recommending the Baviera to everyone who asks for accommodation in Marbella!

Walking distance from the Old Town shopping area, as well as numerous restaurants, bars/pubs, banks, dry cleaner, grocery store etc. Also walking distance from the water front. The staff was friendly and no matter what time you left your room during the day, the cleaners always had it made up when we got back.

Beds are not the most comfortable around, but they are ok. The cost of hotel and location make up for it.

Centre of vibrant area of town yet still quiet in room. Car parking very handy.

Inclusive continental breakfast not worth having, much better options within minutes walking distance.

It was a lovely very comfortable hotel, close to both the sea and the busy old town.

Clean, modern, reception staff very helpful as my partner was registered blind and we requested a quiet room.

Confusion over the hotel booking as it priced the room as "including breakfast". We were asked to pay extra as we didn't choose the "basic breakfast". Next visit we will understand the system. Might help future bookers if this was made clear at the time of reservation?

reception staff at check were very unhelpful and not welcoming not being aware that my credit card was cancelled as I only use this card for confirmation never payment. The staff made it very clear to me at arrival and was embarrassing she gave no other options even though I intended to pay in cash. She made no attempt to resolve the problem or help.

The location was very good, 10 min from the sea and 1 minutes from the shop area.The room is very big and the bathroom has even the window.

The breakfast was poor. I do not like the restaurant.

Modern and clean within 10 mins walk of Old Town marbella and 15 mins of the beach. Lovely spacious twin room and powerful shower in bathroom. Fresh towels and spruce up of room every day.

Some small points would improve dramatically: needs a mirror in bedroom preferably full length, could do with some chairs on balcony so balcony could be enjoyed, these are small things that would make the stay a bit nicer.

Central location, available parking (though not so cheap). We had the use of a fridge without any extra charge.

Although there is a balcony, there was no furniture on it. As there was only 1 chair In the room, we couldn't really make good use of the balcony, which was a shame.

The Baviera has a central location in Marbella, only a few minutes walk down to the beach or along the road to the old town. The hotel has underground parking which is incredibly convenient too (the hotel does make a charge for this). All the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We requested a quiet room and got a corner room at the back which suited us well - I suspect the front rooms could be noisy due to traffic nearby.

The breakfast that was included was small continental one (juice, croissant, coffee) however from other reviews we were expecting that so came prepared.

Location was great, very close from the old town (10-15 min. Walk)

Very 'cold' hotel regarding its reception, design, etc. Not charming at all. Ok if you only plan to spend one night there to visit the old town of Marbella but if you are looking for any romantic place to spend a night with your love, avoid this one. Parking is 15€/night but we easily found a parking space in the street around (in May) and only paid 2€ for the night as the parking was free from 6pm to 9am

La situation proche DI bord de mer.

Le manque de propreté. La faiblesse des services d'un 3 étoiles: il n'en mérite que 2 au mieux. L'état des équipements est très passable (meubles, murs, salle de bain, etc, degradés).

Proximité du centre et de la plage

Petit déjeuner très pauvre. Pour avoir payé le parking à 15 euros la nuit, nous nous attendions à un minimum de sécurité. Or, pour un parking privé accessible uniquement aux résidents de l'hôtel, la sécurité laisse à désirer ou est totalement absente. Notre voiture a été totalement rayée par une personne inconnue (que nous n'avons pu reconnaitre vu l'absence de caméras dans le parking). Et pour courroner le tout, nous avons été obligés de payer le parking en totalité et après 10 jours, nous sommes toujours dans l'attente d'une quelconque réponse de l'hôtel. Je ne recommande nullement cet hôtel pour toute personne ayant une voiture
