Very friendly helpful staff and fairly handy location. The bathroom was open plan which would have been uncomfortable if staying with a friend or family member but fine for a couple. The hotel was very busy but the hotel staff seemed very efficient so it was not a problem Car parking was 15 euros a day which is expensive but it was enclosed so felt secure and was on site.

Modern hotel. Relatively easy to find on dual-carriageway round Bilbao, good underground parking, pleasant bar, comfortable rooms. Close to underground station. No restaurant; there are only bar snacks (pizzas or burgers) apart from sandwiches to eat in the evening. There are no shops or restaurants in the surrounding area.

We liked the friendly treatment. The Hotel's parking places were too expensive to park close to the hotel. We parked close to it 'cos there are a lot of streets with no parking fees.

The hotel is situated uphill, about 15 minutes walk from the old town centre, and 25 minutes walk from the Guggenheim Museum. You can park in the hotel's car park, but it does cost 15 euros a day. Being outside the main centre of the city means the hotel is easy to find!! The 15 euros per day for car parking was very expensive.

I liked the hotel very much, the prblem is that i wanted to get one of the glass walled bathrooms but i didn't. The hotel is nice, and the staff is very friednly and helpful. The metro station is only 5 min walk from the hotel. we could not open the window! internet very expensive. spa as well very expensive!

Great price for a 4-star hotel near the city center. The room design is also very nice. Besides, there is the possibility of using other facilities such as the spa and the gym for a very affordable price.

The cleaning employees always entered room without knocking on the door. This is more serious because the bathroom is just next to the entering door and ther is nothing between. If you are taking a shower the employee is gone see you for sure!!

La cama de la habitación superior era grande de verdad. Ideal para el sexo salvaje. En la descripción de la habitación de booking, ponían que había bañera en la habitación superior, pero no hay. Lo que hay es una ducha locona. Las duchas están en las habitaciones normales.
