It is not design originally as hotel

Big congratulation to Aroa: She was very gentle all the 3 days and made us feel at home with every request we had for us and for the baby. She is very very good!!

The hotel not 5 star very small hotel with small lobby and the shower with toilet not nice

Location and design and not too big

Some of the rooms had terible smell of wet unventilated areas especialy comming from the showers. The architect sacrified the conveniancy for making very inovative design. So there are some rediculess uses of bathrooms, sinks, mirors that impossible to use

Liked everything about this hotel

We didn't like the fact that the price quoted when we booked was not the same as at the time of paying. It went up £50 very annoying, the money should be taken when booked then credited if any thing arises after that.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A very big advantage over other hotels

The room staff did not renew the fridge, or milk for tea. The wash basins were not designed for shaving!

It is not five star hotel , watch out

In the middle of the Passeig de Gracia, super...the bed was great. I'm almost 2mtrs and not often the bed is that big.

In bathroom no place to put anything, bedlamps were rickety

the location is perfect. the front desk was very friendly

the room design is very uncomfortable the bath is in middle of the room no shelf over the sinks the designer tried to be very creative but he forgot that fist he must think about the guest... on Saturday breakfast there was no food left and the staff was not able to tolerate the situation.it took more then 15 minutes to fulfill the serving tables

Excellent location. Exceptional staff. Up to date modern hotel.

No air cooling system working in winter. Modern but impractical sinks and bedside lamps. Coffee facilities but no tea in room. No glasses for bedside water. No English news channels

The staff could not do enough for us and always had a smile on their face. Location is fantastic and very central to most of the major sights. If your going to Barcelona for the beach it is only a 5 minute train ride. Taxi from the train station was 10 euro and bus to airport is only a 10 minute walk away and leaves every 5 minutes. Rooms are spacious and the bed huge! Hotel is highly recommended.

Only down fall is that the shower leaks onto the tiled area outside of the screen. Not a major a problem as you just put down the towels which are replaced daily, however may be a danger for elderly travellers.

Location

There is no separation between Bathroom and bedroom. It's a pity because the bed was nice.

Only 5 minutes walk from the center. The sightseeing bus stops in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very nice and the staff are extremely helpful.

I did not like the design much but my husband liked it. Everything was nice.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, advising us on places to go, made reservations for us, and when we did have a slight problem it was resolved straight away. The location is absolutely perfect, close to las ramblas but also right in front if bus tour stop! The rooms were so clean and modern, the bed was huge!

Glass door only to toilet meant little privacy, as a long term couple we could make jokes about it, but had to time toilet 'trips' when the other was in the shower!!! The sinks are a bad design, with a shelf inconveniently placed just above them restricting the use!

The staff was quite pleasant and helpful, the room was nicely furnished and well equipped, with perfectly working WiFi and a clean and efficient bathroom. The hotel's position is very central and allows to walk to the houses of Gaudì in just a few minutes. The proximity to the subway station is also a plus.

For a 5 star hotel, this one was not particularly appealing. The infrastructure is pretty old, and the corridors are not very well maintained. The room, despite being clean, was nothing exceptional, the bed could have been more comfortable, and the overall service is just below par (a possible reason for its quite accessible price). One example is that one evening the room had not been cleaned. Also, the a/c did not work, and the windows could not be opened.

the location and the place that we stay is high quality, it was in so good place. otel is so pretty.
