Superb location to visit most of city attractions in Barcelona. Very close to shopping areas. And staffs are very friendly and ready to meet their client's need anytime.

I don't know who gave and evaluate the level of the stars to the hotel, but I think that whoever gave 5-star to this hotel must be the guy who never ever experienced 5-star hotel. Definitely not qualified for 5-star hotel, Never! Since we were scheduled to arrive at the El prat airport midnight, and sent them e-mail inquiring how to get there. But there was no replay. So we had to find hotel by ourselves near the area of Pg. de graica station, but it was never easy to find it cuz the hotel entrance is sooo small and it is hidden between the gates of the other shopping area. And the room was so small and the all the equipment there were absolutely not qualified for the 5-star hotel. We're barely able to fit ourselves to our hotel room even though it superior room of the hotel, since the hotel room has so tiny area. And door to the shower room was not perfectly fit in to the shower room so that the hotel room was flooded every time we took a shower. And it is very hard to find privacy in the toilet area since it was blocked from the hotel room only with half-transparent glass door. We felt that every unpleasant noise could be heard in the bed so we had to ask each other to turn on the TV when someone used the toilet. I want to recommend someone who is interested to book this hotel in their visit to Barcelona to consider another alternative options, like other 4-star hotel which is way cheaper than this, since you can not experience 5-star hotel service which can be expected in another 5-star hotel as usual.

Room design. Place

The location is good, it's just one block away from Casa Batllo and within walking distance to Casa Mila. Can have a nice walk along Passeig de Garcia to La Rambla. The front desk staff especially a gentleman called Philippe is very knowledgable and helpful. The tappa places that he recommended are all very good.

The sink. Nice to look at but not practical. Water always spills out when I use it.

Perfect location! Very friendly staff and always helpful. For example, were very helpful with getting football tickets and direct you to wonderful restaurants It was arranged very well for us of all employees at BCN - we will definitely come back. We have read the previous evaluations and I can only laugh at the comments that complain about the tub in the middle of the room and toilet behind a glass door. It is a great concept. We had a wonderful stay.

I didnt like the wash basins in the room.

Location is super ,breakfast was good and variant ,room is nice,big and clean.

The toilet little bit not comfort to be inside the room without privecy , I think its strange design..?

I liked the location of the hotel. Very central to everything. The staff were excellent expecially front dest staff. Room was always cleaned to a very high standard.

The one thing I thought should be done was to bolt the safe in. If anyone broke into the room they could lift out safe, no problem.

I liked the hotel very much. It is easy to find. If you're arriving with the aerobus, get out on plaza Catalunya and walk in the Passeig de Gracia. It is after the second street on the left, between the Nike store and Ermenegildo Zegna. (Before the third street: Carrer D'Arago) The reception is on the first floor. Ring the bell and they will open the door. The receptionist, especially Felipe is very nice and kind. He spreaks fluent English and will provide you with all the information you require on what you want to visit. The room is very nice, a lot of space. There were hangers in the closet for your clothes. I asked for a shower instead of the bath in the middle of the room. And this was no problem! We had a room at the back and is was very quiet. I read a lot a reviews, and yes the two sinks are small but not a problem. In the bathroom there was soap, a toothbrush, a comb, tissue everything you need, except shampoo. But El Corte Ingles( large warehouse) is nearby with underneath a supermarket where you can buy anything. The last day we left the luggage after by the reception, because we had a late flight. I loved the hotel and the style and we will certain come back.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.

Prime location, close to everything. The service was great, breakfast was good. There's a free WiFi everywhere in the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful.
