BcnStop Parc Güell

Clean and comfortable with a nice location.

The staff was late to our check-in, they called us a taxi for the airport that never arrived and the kitchen isn't really a kitchen (it is a hotplate, a microwave and sink).

Staff was best ever met and I've been traveling a lot. Helpful, open and always nice. Apartment was always clean and generally well set up.

True for all location in Southern Europe, the building has weak sound insulation and thus you can hear all the noises from other apartments and street.

It was wonderful for just relaxing. It was very handy for making our own meals and THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean.Very convienient location near to Park Guel.Only 10mins from La Rambla by Metro. Lots of cafe's, shops nearby. Near to Vallcarca Metro station. Very friendly, helpful staff Good free wifi signal

Very steep climb up to Park Guel but partly served by escalators.Uphill to Metro Station. Smell of smoking in apartment even though it was a no smoking apartment.Directions to apartment not very clear.

Slightly away from the main city hence coming in from the airport was a breeze (20mins) especially if you take a cab (est:34eu). 2 nearby metro (green line - lessaps and valcaca) is a 4mins walk with direct access to main sights in town Supermarket is just across street.

Apartment does not have any lift hence a bit of challange lugging the heavy luggages though Jean (manager) did help us upon checking in. No washing machine so was a bit disappointed especially it rained and will be great to be able to wash our soiled clothes. Otherwise, 2 thumbs up!

Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

Hard to find the first time you arrive

Good location, nice and clean rooms with a kitchen. Perfect for 5~6 persons.

The additional check in fee after 20pm is a little nasty.

Very kind hosts; family business. Large and clean appartment. Situated near a quiet road but very nearby a Subway and Parc Guel!

A bit chilly in the apartment

Wifi can't work normally during my whole six nights stay .It works from time to time.

Easy to get to the centre by the main (?) metro line. 2 grocery stores were 100 metres away. Metro 5 min walk. For the price the apartment was really really good. The cleaner lady even washed our dishes!!! The receptionist was frendly and we felt welcomed.

Nothing much for that price. The building itself seemed to be quite old and it was a bit cold inside.

The appartment is located close to a metro station supermarket and with just a few stops you are in the centre. The staf was verry nice.kind and helpfull. This was one of the best appartments that we had and for this price it was just great!

The staff at BcnStop lead by manager, Joan were terrific. From the moment of online booking through to the time we left the apartment everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and easily contactable. English was spoken by all staff we had contact with. Joan was able to answer all our questions, and he was also very helpful with ideas for restaurants. We took up his suggestions and had a great time eating Catalan cuisine. The apartments are less than a 5' walk to the Vallcarca Metro station on Line 3. Line 3 takes you to many of the key attractions in Barcelona. The apartments are also only a short walk to Parc Guell with the bonus of being able to ride an outdoor escalator on your way there! There are also any number of small corner stores, a baker and at least one supermarket close by. Our room at BcnStop faced onto the one-way street below and had a balcony. Our bedroom was at the back of the apartment and there was no noise at all, making for a restful sleep. The kitchen space is large, with enough facilities to cook a meal if necessary. Toilet and shower are fine with the shower especially spacious. I would also take this opportunity to thank Joan for retrieving my wallet after it had been stolen on the Barcelona Metro. Within three hours of the theft, Joan had returned my wallet (with credit cards intact) to our room at BcnStop. Thank you Joan for such wonderful service!

Home from home.

very comfortable and clean! cleaning is everyday without extra fee. Big rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Location is good. L3 metro can go to center directly and some shops nearby.

No washing mashine inside and they charge10 Euro for laundry. Partition is bad. we can hear sounds from next room or even from balcony at 2nd floor. Staying 3~5 days is fine but if staying longer, may not get good rest because of noise.

Very welcoming staff. Nice apartments, easy to use, well furnished, excellent location. A very good spot. Just avoid sharing the apartment with noisy friends... You may hear them at night...

You can hear a lot from one room to another in the same appartment

A well run value for money business with good quality decor and furnishings. Quite because it's not in a central location but very convenient for the nearest underground station which gets you wherever you want quickly and efficiently.

Just a few minor things about our appartment: Needs more mirrors. It only has one in the bathroom. Needs more places to hang towels.

We liked almost everything: The apartment space with good comfort and a relative cheaper price. The staff was very professional.

Staff were very helpful & welcoming. Clean attractive rooms. Quiet. If you want somewhere away from the buzz of the inner city but with easy access we couldn't have found any where better.

Closeness to the metro station

Excellent location to go everywhere around Barcelona, it is located at walking distance from Metro and Parc Güel. The apartment was clean and the staff was very helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were 9 friends and all enjoyed our stay

I like it very much. The staff are very nice. I had problem with wifi in evening at around 10 pm. and the staff came to the hotel and fixed the problem very soon. The room is very comfortable. The hotel is very closed to Guell Park and metro station.

The staff were exceptionally helpful an always polite and the apartment was cleaned daily at no extra charge Location was at the bottom of the road leading to gaudi's PARC GUELL within a 10 minute walk to the top and it had 2 of the main metro line stops a few minutes walk away that will take you straight to the center of Barcelona

No english speaking TV channels at all - not even news

It's near to the famous parc Guell. You can visit Barcelona easily by taking the Metro. Two stations are close to the appartement. the rooms were clean and confortable.
