Horrendous the dirtiest hotel in the world corridors looked as if somebody had died in them I exaggerate not Hotel further from Barcelona than indicated and taxi fares a rob literally the drivers all charged above the rate robbers one and all Hotel promised a shuttle bus......., Lies there is none All in all the worst experience in my life Would have been cheaper to stay on las ramblas at a four star than stay at bcn and pay the taxi fares Be warned Avoid at all costs Terrible

The decor was very strange. During the night there was a horrible loud vibrating noise that woke us up and kept us awake for a while. The same noise occurred in the morning. I found it very disturbing.

Nice rooms and free parking The hotel operates a free 24 hour shuttle to the airport but you can not use it, at any price, unless you book directly with them. This should have been made clear on the Booking.com website. It caused a real logistical hassle as we had a 5AM flight to Sevilla.

They refused to take me to the airport using the shuttle due to the fact my reservation was done through booking.com. Thanks to them I spent 27 euro for a taxi. They just lost a customer.

Closad to the airport. Very elegant and comfortable. Free wi.fi. Free parking. Very good hotel if you dont have to be in heart of barcelona and you have a car. The comfortable and the location near the airport. The hotel located closed to shoping center.

The price was good, big room, big bed, big bathroom, nice confy beb. Just the carpet in hallways needs to be replaced, rooms and bed excellent. The parking is dirt, will be nice pavement and covered. Reception staff is ok not excellent.

Nothing. They advertised shuttle service to and from the airport. They no longer provide shuttle service and refused to reimburse for taxi service. The staff was rude when I questioned them on why they no longer provide a shuttle. The buffet breakfast was very limited and the scrambled eggs were cold and dried out. The room is very small but adequate. The hotel is somewhat isolated and walking distance to a food court takes about 15 minutes. My experience was very unsatisfactory and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I am filing a credit card dispute for the taxi fares since the hotel did not provide the shuttle service they advertised. My hotel bill was non-cancelable. Norman Levy

Room is nice, bed is comfortable, good shower. Advertises as an airport hotel with a free shuttle. They are several miles from the airport and do not have a shuttle at all. Inconvenient location. Luxury is skin-deep - the hallway carpets are absolutely filthy and the bathroom door is badly misaligned.
