Here you get the Atlantic ocean all to yourself and the views are stunning, uncluttered by the usual resort paraphenalia. The hotel is beautifully situated with kite/surf/horse riding available on site. Loved it

Location. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Riding on the beach.
Very dark room with tiny windows.
The beach so near and horse riding on the beach nearby.
I made this booking on the basis that i had booked the suite showed on the photos provided by yourselves however upon arrival was not the same one and we did not have a terrace which is one of the main reasons we booked the one on the photo at the time ofbooking. Was quite dissapointed.

Nothing to dislike

Price of the Prosecco - outrageously expensive!
solid bungalows friendly stuff nice & sporty people nice beachbar the best view over the beach nice windsurf & kitesurf school
a bit expensive if you compare to all the other hostals & hotels arround
Lovely location on the beach
Unhelpful staff Superior bungalow was in the car park
I loved the fact that the hotel is right ON the beach. I needed time to relax and laze in the sun, and that's exactly what I did. I was able to get into delightful Tarifa Old Town easily by taxi. I found the staff kind and helpful.
I was travelling alone, and of course had to pay for a double room. Nice big room, but no view and I could hear the traffic from the road, close by. There was a table and chairs in front of my room, but the only view was of a big hedge a couple of feet away!

Breakfast could be more varied
Location on the beach
On arriving the receptionists were probably the least welcoming I have ever come across in a hotel anywhere. Not a smile, not a "hola buenos dias" nada!
Location - beachside and close to Tarifa town. Suite - charming. Nespresso a nice touch. Restaurant menu and service - excellent staff.
Reception and chiringuito staff lack basic customer service skills. Examples. Difficulty in getting fried egg with hamburger and having to pay €4.50 for it! Reception made mistake with bill - no apology. Paid the bill - no thank you.
The hotel's beach-side location was excellent. Drivers be careful when turning around on the main road if coming from the direction of Tarifa town - there is a turning point 100 metres but it's quite stressful to use if the traffic is heavy. The restaurant and pool were great too, and the beach is huge and glorious - but overwhelmed by kite surfers to the point that you can hardly swim.
We thought we had booked a proper hotel room (130 euros is not cheap in Spain) but Reception told us that we had booked a bungalow and that was that! So we ended up in a wooden bungalow right next to the horse stables by the beach, which felt like we were camping! Being almost on the beach the bungalow was damp - we had to run the AC all night to keep the air dry, which gave me a sore throat - and being so near the horses we had smells all day and thumps and neighing noises all night. Not a great experience for 130 euros. To be fair, most of the bungalows seem to be brick built, and their location is better because they are further from the beach and the stables. The only other difficulty was finding a place to swim on the huge beach, because there were hundreds of kite surfers using it. Admittedly there was a major kite surf competition in progress that week, so I suppose that it will be quieter at other times.
Lovely, relaxing atmosphere, close to the beach, we had a cute bungalow with big windows and our own terrace.
There is no room-service, so a small fridge would be nice to be able to chill a few bottles of water.
Location on beach
Restaurant food horrible,micro waved hamburger!
location, beach, bedroom.
Prices too high for what it is. €320 for room, self service breakfast, casual beach bar snack, okay dinner and 2 drinks - one night only
Location, laid back approach, ease of access to town.
Coming home.
Proximity to beach; views; atmospheric suite; good service.
A little expensive but good value.
location reception staff
restaurant - it seemed like no one was interested especially the maitre d:( chiringuito bar closed sunday evening so nowhere to have a drink apart from hot indoor bar
- Very good location - A lot of plants and very nice decoration (inside and outside) - Ocean view from the bungalow
- No hammock on the beach - The walls in the bungalow were dirty - Poor Wi-Fi - 30% more expensive that it should be - Poor breakfast
Everything, the food was Awesome, Elaine and Ian were amazing host
