We stayed on a "Bed & Breakfast" basis and the selection and variety of food available for breakfast was amazing!

There was nothing to dislike

Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Good location as well

Our room had no view at all and was quite dark. No choice of soya milk at breakfast.

Location, especially the view to the sea.

The food could be more variuous and spicy, because it looks like more adapted to older people.

We had half board. The food was fantastic. The location was perfect. This hotel is excellent!

Having to pay daily for the safe in the bedroom. No air conditioning. The hotel only switches it on in the 'summer' even though it reached 26C when we were there. No tea/coffee included in the bedroom rate. It could be provided for an extra charge. Pillows a bit hard.

We stayed 3 times here - it is kind of a hit or miss hotel. Apparently was renovated a couple of years ago which is a big plus in comparison with most of the hotels nearby. On our first stay we had to change rooms like 2 times in 1 week - first the wallpaper was kind of coming down from the wall and second time, just one night before departure the bathroom had a horrible plumbing smell but the other 2 stays were fine so it is about how lucky you get when they do the room division. The breakfast was actually very good - fresh eggs and good variety. The location is perfect both for beach (even if you have to walk for about 20 min) and restaurants/city center area.

spa - I took one of the special baths -in a room with great views over the city I actually had to stare at the wall for 20 min because of the bathtub positioning. Rooms - they have "bad" rooms and "good" rooms, not the same standard even if the rooms look all alike. You have to pay for safe.

Friendly staff. Well situated for access to town and motorway. Relaxed and quiet.

Pillows (strange sausage shape)! Swimming pool area lost the sun after 2pm.

The door from the restaurant to the terrace causing a draught. A self closing door would have been welcome.

The location is great, on the shore of the ocean, not far from the city life. The food was quite nice and spa was nice too.

The elevators are very slowly and the carpets were very old

Hotel location was very good because we can go to sea, shopping area within 5 minutes. And supermarket and some restaurants, some shops are open on Sunday as well. if you want rental car, you can get it around the hotel. we can go to around sightseeing places by rental car easy. Hotel room of sea view is better. because if you get not sea view room, you will able to see next building and street. Restaurant is buffet styles for breakfast , lunch, and dinner as well.

Car park of the hotel is 12 Euro per day. I think that little bit expensive. At first, you have to get the card key for the car park at the reception when check in. In the hotel, we will able to meet a lot of Germany people and can talk in Germany language more in English. It seems like Germany despite Spain.

The position of the swimming pool in the shade of the hotel , poor design, the pool only getting the sun for three to four hours a day. My balcony overlooking the sea was splendid but, anothe deshn fault, never got any sun. . The whole swimming pool towel arrangements of checking with Reception, paying a deposit, getting a ticket and going back to the pool ( by which time the sun has gone) should be re-thought.

Romm view was not so good, would choose sea view next time.

Excellent hotel, central location, by the beach, lovely outside area with a good size pool, bar, even a cabana. Free wifi, very clean and friendly staff. We got a glass of champagne on arrival. Quick and easy check in and check out. Need to pay extra for safe and a kettle but we didn't even need it. Amazing views from are seabird room. Also breakfast buffet offered excellent choice. 5 stars!

No naturist area, no information in the rooms about the hotel, the resort, the island or other Beatriz hotels

I selected this hotel on reviews from previous guests and the reviews were very good. My main considerations when booking, were the location and price and i can say that it did not disspoint on any either. The stafff were helpful and spoke a good level of English. The location was ideal, overlooking the beach and close to shops and restuarants. The breakfast was extremely good and was included in the price. The spa and pool was fanastic, especially the massage pool with all it's different massage jets to help sooth those muscle aches. Overall, i found it hard to fault the hotel and would definitley recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Puerto de la cruz. The only slight negative was there was no tea of coffee in the room and you had to pay 4euros a day for the pleasure.

Our stay at the Beatriz Atlantis was very enjoyable. The sea view was lovely and the room very comfortable. The food was excellent with a lot of choice. The Spa is worth a visit. If you are staying at the hotel you can go in for half price.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in your room. If you wanted this facicility it was an extra charge.

Rather big, modern rooms.

The hotel staff told us we were not allowed to take the hotel towels to the nearby Martianez swimming pool. The car park is good, but expensive (12 euro/day). The indoor pool was out of order (after some storm damage). No fridge in the room, and you have to pay 2.8 euro for a small bottle of water from the machine in the corridor.
