Had a long weekend away this hotel is right on the beach it's clean staff were friendly had a great room with massive balcony and sunbathing erea was well worth the money only a 5 min walk from from bars and restaurants along the sea front

The location, the staff, the design of the hotel and iot's grounds and the size and comfort of the rooms.

Nothing really though one or two more english channels on the TV would have been nice.

The indoor spar pool was not available to under 18s and a charge of €15 per hour per person was applicable...not made clear on website! Booked this hotel so our baby could use the indoor pool so was very disappointed! Hotel room uncomfortably hot and hotel staff would not switch on the air conditioning.

Excellent breakfast, fantastic views.

We had to pay extra to use the spa. Smell emanating through landing windows.

Room access very far from reception and restaurants, with stairs up and down in near located building

We loved everything about the place, atmosphere, convenience, the lay-out breakfasts. Very relaxing as both couples are self employed and just could take short breaks and we were really able to talk and enjoy.

The only negative was the scrambled eggs were not to be recommended!

Location is very good - right on the beach. Sea view from rooms. Easy walk to town. Staff are relaxed and friendly

Hotel layout takes a bit of getting used to. Room keycard did not work several times. Rooms in Mijas building lose the sun in early afternoon - better in more west facing buildings.

Large comfortable sea-view rooms. Good quality and choice of food at breakfast and dinner.Great quiet location but easy walk into Fuengirola.

Large tv screen in main lounge on constantly(usually showing football) not conducive to a calm pleasant ambience. Like most hotels, bedroom doors that are very noisy when closing.

The position of the hotel suited us fine with a "flat" walk to the local restaurants . The room overlooked the sea.

I booked the hotel because it offered an indoor swimming pool however the availability to the pool was only by way of a "Spa Circuit" costing 15 euros per person per hour. I don't need a Spa Circuit. So I booked out and went elsewhere.

No breakfast included in price and no bottle of mineral water in bedrooms.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially the restaurant and kitchen staff.

The bedroom got very hot and we had to open the balcony door both day and night.

We saw this Hotel being built some 8 years ago and having dropped in for coffee on occasions thought it a nice place to stay. However, time has taken its toll and is now in need of some tender loving care. Staff were very attentive and buffet breakfast had plenty of food and selection.

Lack of atmosphere in huge foyer and restaurants - chose to eat main meals outside hotel. Perhaps this was mainly due to the time of year. In room: 1.Could do with basic tea/coffee making facilities 2.Whilst we didn't stay at hotel to watch television the set fitted was pretty ancient and picture and sound reception was extremely poor and unacceptable.

The hotel provided us with everything we needed. There was great coffee, available food, access to the paseo into town, beautiful art in the lobbyy areas, a co-operative staff who assisted us with questions and easy access to our conference within the hotel. Loved our stay! View from our room was gorgeous: not only did we see the ocean, but we heard the waves. Magical stay!

If we wished to utilize our room safe, we had to pay for the use. We are used to having this as a free service to us. We could not eat with others from the convention by ordering food from a menu in the downstairs dining room; unless we had rented the room with "board or half board" food options for the entire 3 days of our convention.

Location and price ,friendly staff.

Noise from room above me was crazy,the lady walking around in her heels woke me very early in the morning,she proceeded to walk around for an hour each morning and evening.tiles in the rooms means there is no cushioning of the sound. mouse on the pay for internet access was broken. no honey at breakfast time.
