Excellent location for sights, easy to find and car parking on site. Quiet room over inner courtyard.
Easy to find. Friendly staff. Free walking tour an excellent idea. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Easy access to old city and riverside walks.
Car park difficult to locate and park.
Location, amenities, WiFi, spacious rooms, breakfast
It was a pleasant hotel attentive staff, nice public rooms.
I suppose the room decor was a little antiquated.
Very helpful staff good location
Too many people at breakfast queuing for toast coffee etc and in November
The staff were excellent they made a number of calls on our behalf to solve problems we had with our pick up service. Every staff member was friendly polite and efficient. Breakfast was good but a little pricey as we paid on daily basis.
The weather was excellent for Ocotober and it would have been nice to have found the roof top bar open for late afternoon drink. Even the ground floor bar was not constantly manned even when a major Spanish football match was televised and the lounge was full. Hotel lacked character
Integral parking, a big plus for €16.5 a day. The breakfast buffet was extensive. A free guided walking tour of the city. Can recommend the hotel
The hot breakfast buffet was Luke warm to cold. Tea / coffee machines badly sited people bumping into each other.
Clean, quiet rooms. The location is ok but not great. It is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre where most of the sight are located.
We arrived on Nov. 9 around 6pm. On entering the room, we found it kind of stuffy. Tried the fan switch, all 3 settings, nothing. Went to my daughter's room to try the fan switch there and can hear the fan motor going. Called the quality department and was told the heat will come on at 8pm. I asked about the air conditioning, the guy answered "we wished, maybe in the future." Asked about the fan not working in our room but could hear it working in the other room. He said it was our illusion only. Anyway, they brought us a fan. Our room was located on the street side with access to an enclosed, partitioned balcony. The partitions are adequate to ensure privacy but cannot stop a determined person from climbing over. Leaving the balcony door open overnight to have ventilation was out. The room was too warm even with the temperature set all the way down.
Stayed at Hotel Becquer during a visit to Seville. Hotel is in a great location and is a short walk to the city centre. Great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Good Hotel, very close to river and centre of town
The location was within a 10 minute walk of the historic area, the Cathedral and the Alcazar and just across the bridge to Triana. I liked that it was away from the congested and very touristy Santa Cruz area.We had a large room with 3 balconies overlooking a side street so it was quiet. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient.
Nothing really. It was a good choice for Seville.
Great location, easy walk from train/bus station and just on the edge of the old town. There are lots of restaurants close by and most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. Staff were helpful with providing information about the town. would recommend this hotel if you are planning a stay in Seville
Car park Staff helpful
helpful staff and great location
Swimming pool closed.
The hotel is located on the perfect place in Seville . Walking distance to historic sights and tons of cafés to eat.
I wish they had coffee/tea and water available in the lobby. That would have been nice. Breakfast is an additional charge. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but that is not necessary. There are so many cafés to have breakfast that I would rather go to anyway. Two are directly across the street . The ac did not work but fortunately the weather was such that we could just open the window .
The staff were very pleasant, great breakfast with fresh to order omelettes. The selection of fresh breads were my favourite, lovely fresh fruit. Our room was immaculate and there was a kettle for tea! We English really appreciate that! I would recommend this hotel if you like quality! Such GOOD value for money!
Nothing! Everything was 'Perfecto' :)
Location of the hotel.
Convenience of location and cleanliness.
All the Staff are excellent, my partner was taken ill on arrival and had to be rushed to hospital. The Manager took control, he went and got a doctor whilst waiting for the paramedics. Great recommendations by Manuel of where to eat. Excellent location can't recommend it enough!
Good hotel, conveniently located. Helpful staff. This was our second visit. Will return, when going back to Seville.
Price of parking. Don't like the fact that have to hand over the car keys.
PARKING!!! Also, easy access by car, train and foot no matter what sites in Seville you want to see. The staff are all so accomodating and always smiling, helpful. We also love the pillow menu. Our room had a great balcony. The rooms were all spacious and the bathrooms huge!!!
Not a thing....
We stayed for 3 nights in this very comfortable hotel. It was good value for money & a reasonable location although you could be slightly nearer the centre. We would definitely stay there again.
Location is excellent for sightseeing. Friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
The location was perfect. Just down from the Bull Fighting museum and a short walk to shopping. One block from a bridge which you can walk across and have amazing views. I will stay there again next trip!
