Very kind staff, we got maps with explanation where to go, room 310 with sun terrace is very nice, sufficient and good breakfast, perfect location ner main bus station and city centre

No lift so we were put on the ground floorwith no windows. But was no problem.

The first night we were in a ground floor room and the noise from the street was too much - they changed our room with no bother or fuss, but I did wonder why if someone was staying for two nights they did not give them a quiet room in the first place.

The room had a very bad smell, no window to opened.

Hotel is in a quiet street away from the noisier part of the city, but in easy walking distance of all the major attractions. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful. the breakfast was basic but adequate.

The room we had, had no outside window, only one looking out on the stairs. there is no lift and the stairs are very steep, not very good if you had mobility problems.

Loved the location, so close to the most of the tourist attractions. Super friendly polite and helpful staff. Very clean B&B. 24hours reception.

The only thing i did not like was our room, due to the inability to be properly ventilate. The lights in a room had to be used daytime as it was so dark. The room was a bit smelly and dump.

I went by foot and it was a tiny bit difficult to find but since I knew the area it only took me a few extra minutes and I was there. That's my only complaint

Really nice place to stay. It's a fancy B&B. It is like a hotel, but without the price. Great place to stay in Sevilla.

Very small and crowded breakfast room- same limited items every day. Musty smell in room 310 triggered my allergies

Pretty comfortable - we got a room (with kitchenette) on the terrace. Beautiful terrace, really well kept. Very good breakfast. Right in the old quarter with shops etc (though Cathedral and Alcazar are not super close), and a 10-min walk to Triana over the bridge, which has nice restaurants.

Hard to find! (We asked directions at another hotel). Very small bathroom. The only parking close by cost us 22 Euros/day.

Central location and value for money.

Electrical fittings looked a little poor.

The staff were very helpful in everyway. The breakfeast was simple, but good. It was very quite and relaxing. There was an extra blanket which was nice and a heater if needed.

The only criticism would be that if you had a bedroom on the ground floor the drains were a bit smelly.

The friendly bilingual staff. Could not believe how clean it was and breakfast was lovely. How they do this for the price, incredible. A very Spanish hotel with character.

Excellent value for the money. True to its approach: bed and breakfast. Excellent location. These days it´s hard to find places like this.

For what you´re paying that´s tough mission. Everything promised is upheld.
