Score from 1005 reviews Good
Good quiet location and door security. Free coffee supplied and good choice at breakfast
It was difficult to find. Better instructions could include turn right up San Eloy by Zara for example which would give a better starting point
Hotel staff were very nice and helpful Clean room Near the sights
hard to find it when you first come Weak wifi connection No elevator, it's difficult to go upstairs with luggage Very cold at the middle night even turned on the air conditioning But it's worth to stay with such low price
Right in the city close to everything. English TV channel. Cheap.
Really musty smell in the cupboard.
Really good price and breakfast
Mould smell was really strong in the room...
It was a pleasure to stay in this hostel! The place is wonderful, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is good. I will certantly come back there!
the only thing I can think of is juse that was not fresh at all
walking distance to the city centre and airport bus. Charming area with cobbled street.
no window with natural light
Window in the room cannot be opened due to ground floor
Accomodating staff, secure building (24hr front desk and a locked front gate), OK breakfast, low price (40euro per night in October). Near the Cathedral and Alcazar, but also near the edge of the centro district so our parking garage wasn't too far. Quiet rooms at the back/top of the building.
Our reserved room was on the first floor, which was convenient but stinky (smelled musty, like new paint or a pesticide spray, and also had sewer smell from the bathroom and the street). However, they let us switch to another room at the back of the building (3rd story). Separate beds, but we could push them together. The staircase was steep and narrow, but I didn't mind. WiFi was only available in common areas, which weren't especially well lit or nice, but served us well enough to book our next room. Parking in Seville is very expensive (like most of Spain). It added ~17euro per day to our hotel room, and we had to walk ~10-15 minutes to the garage.
How a wonderfull two night break. Excellent location, staff really helpful. Magical roof top patio.
Nothing to dislike.
it was very noisy. when the room above flushed the toilette we could hear the water dashing down.
Price & location
The noise from the street and foyer, especially in the early morning
Nice girl at the reception Location ok
Breakfast not very good but they kindly prepared a takeaway bag for me TV is tiny
Perfect location Very nice terrace at the top of the building!
Breakfast could be better, but with this budget you can not ask for more Some bad smelling from the tubes ...
Friendly helpful staff . Close to all sights, shops Also they stored luggage at reception on check out day until 6 pm!
Breakfast was free but not worth eating better to eat breakfast in one of bars nearby. We had coffee orange juice and 2 tostadas for €3.25!
Location. It was close to the airport bus stop for the following morning while still a only a short walk from the old town. Breakfast. The usual continental breakfast but plentiful and good. Bathroom. It was clean and did everything you want a bathroom to do. Roof terrace. A nice place to sit and relax although we didn't have time to use it.
The room. We had room 207 very small and no window but it did have air conditioning. Was ok because we were only there for one night, wouldn't want to stay longer in that room.
The staff were helpfull the location was brilliant the breakfast good value for money
The lighting in the room was poor but would book the same hotel again when visiting seville
Location Facility Balcony Rooftop Terrace Garden Friendly staff
Our stay was too short!
Every aspect suited us very well, and we were sorry we were only passing through Seville and not staying longer. Staff were willing to pack a breakfast picnic for us if we had to leave early. Situated in a lively and attractive area, and walking distance from the bus station.
Location was good, in walking distance to Real Alcazar and Cathedral. Breakfast was also ok as for this price.
Our room was not nice, no window and air conditioning was not working, so it was really hard to sleep in so hot place. We were 4, but they prepared bed linen only for 3. We had to ask to bring us missing things. The worst was no hot water immediately when you needed it. You had to open the tap and let the water flow for around 30 minutes and after this time water started to get warm. I could have taken a shower after 50 minutes! This was really waste of water and time.
Staff was very friendly and helped me with online booking of train ticket, explanatinons on transport, etc. I appreciate it so much. Facilities are clean, nicely decorated. Hair dryer was available on request. Good breakfast, coffee shop available during daytime. Nice roof terrace. Wifi was ok in public zones downstairs.
I was given a room at level 0 with a small stained-glass window, completely sealed and not passing enough light, and no ventilation at all. Amount of oxygen doesn't meet living standards. I would not know how I could stay in the room (number 002), hard to breeze. But because of the leaking sink in the bathroom I was suggested another room at the same level, 001. It does not have any window at all but fortunately there was something like ventilation opening at the ceiling. Due to this slot there were more oxygen and breezing was better. But the very fact of living in a dark cage with poor artificial lighting was disappointing, not what I expected at all. Description of the room on web should be more clear and honest about absence of windows and ventilation. I would not have booked such room if I knew these details. Another problem is TV set fixed at the wall near the door to the bathroom, and the bed locating close to the door. I stroke my head several times against the TV on the wall going out of bathroom, because of no space to maneuver. Could have been a head injury. And I'm not a tall or fat person at all. No sound insulation, noises from the hall and other rooms are perfectly audible. I woke up at night several times because of it. Old mattress, springs are visible and perceptible.
Staff were very helpful. price was ok.
It's a B&B--LOCATION. The sights-cathedral, churches, palaces,gardens--shopping--hi style, religious, antique,--nite life, Flamenco, Tapas bars. All walking distance. The staff was unbelievely helpful and friendly 5star. Looking forward to going back next year.
All staff members were really welcoming and helpful. It was a lovely traditional building, nice stairs, tiles, doors & layout. The room was a good size, we had a triple room. The hotel was situated in the heart of Seville, but on a very quiet residential street.Great location and you still get a good night's sleep. Everything was very clean.
The room was very clean but the bedcovers, lighting, furniture and wall colour were all a little dismal. The room was naturally dark because it is on a narrow street, but it could have been so much prettier with very little effort. However, the pictures on the website were an accurate reflection of what we got, so we did not feel misled. The bathroom smelled bad - not because it wasn't clean but because there seemed to be a problem with the drain/sewage system, not terrible but not very nice. Even though the bathroom was a comfortable size, the toilet was squashed into a tiny space facing the shower wall. Anyone large would have had great difficulty using it (room 205). Very strange layout decision!
