Location Facility Balcony Rooftop Terrace Garden Friendly staff
Our stay was too short!
Every aspect suited us very well, and we were sorry we were only passing through Seville and not staying longer. Staff were willing to pack a breakfast picnic for us if we had to leave early. Situated in a lively and attractive area, and walking distance from the bus station.
Staff was very friendly and helped me with online booking of train ticket, explanatinons on transport, etc. I appreciate it so much. Facilities are clean, nicely decorated. Hair dryer was available on request. Good breakfast, coffee shop available during daytime. Nice roof terrace. Wifi was ok in public zones downstairs.
I was given a room at level 0 with a small stained-glass window, completely sealed and not passing enough light, and no ventilation at all. Amount of oxygen doesn't meet living standards. I would not know how I could stay in the room (number 002), hard to breeze. But because of the leaking sink in the bathroom I was suggested another room at the same level, 001. It does not have any window at all but fortunately there was something like ventilation opening at the ceiling. Due to this slot there were more oxygen and breezing was better. But the very fact of living in a dark cage with poor artificial lighting was disappointing, not what I expected at all. Description of the room on web should be more clear and honest about absence of windows and ventilation. I would not have booked such room if I knew these details. Another problem is TV set fixed at the wall near the door to the bathroom, and the bed locating close to the door. I stroke my head several times against the TV on the wall going out of bathroom, because of no space to maneuver. Could have been a head injury. And I'm not a tall or fat person at all. No sound insulation, noises from the hall and other rooms are perfectly audible. I woke up at night several times because of it. Old mattress, springs are visible and perceptible.
Staff were very helpful. price was ok.
It's a B&B--LOCATION. The sights-cathedral, churches, palaces,gardens--shopping--hi style, religious, antique,--nite life, Flamenco, Tapas bars. All walking distance. The staff was unbelievely helpful and friendly 5star. Looking forward to going back next year.
All staff members were really welcoming and helpful. It was a lovely traditional building, nice stairs, tiles, doors & layout. The room was a good size, we had a triple room. The hotel was situated in the heart of Seville, but on a very quiet residential street.Great location and you still get a good night's sleep. Everything was very clean.
The room was very clean but the bedcovers, lighting, furniture and wall colour were all a little dismal. The room was naturally dark because it is on a narrow street, but it could have been so much prettier with very little effort. However, the pictures on the website were an accurate reflection of what we got, so we did not feel misled. The bathroom smelled bad - not because it wasn't clean but because there seemed to be a problem with the drain/sewage system, not terrible but not very nice. Even though the bathroom was a comfortable size, the toilet was squashed into a tiny space facing the shower wall. Anyone large would have had great difficulty using it (room 205). Very strange layout decision!
The locality C[eanliness Very helpful staff
No window with a view
Perfect for a few days. Single was small but had all that was needed.
Would have liked a small fridge.
I loved the location it was in the centre of everything the shops, restaurants and the bus station. The staff were excellent and knowledgeable. The roof terrace was a delight and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
We stayed in room 106 and it was dreadful. The room does not have a window so fresh air was out of the question. Outside our door was the lobby so people gathered to talk, which was only right as they are on holiday but trying to sleep was not easy. I was sorry about the room as I stayed in the Naranjo in June and gave an excellent recommendation but I don't think I will be back.
Could not fault one thing...everything was excellent and the complimentary breakfast and coffee all day was brilliant!
It is in the town center and close to the bus station. The patio outside our room was very nice. I wish we had more time to enjoy it.
The three-story walk up was a little tough. Lucky we travel pretty light.
building, rooms, breakfast, personnal. everything
Friendly and attentive service. Clean rooms
Door locks definitely need upgrading. Mine had Outside scews loose + door face and door jamb not very secure A reading lamp on the writing desk or more powerful bulbs in the ovehead lights woul be helpful to people writing or reading Breakfast offerings, especially cold cuts and cheese leave much to be desired
breakfast not bad and included in the price staff friendly and helpful - generally a pleasant stay and would return
hotel can be difficult to access by car and carrying bags up narrow cobbled streets can be a bit of a chore similarly the lack of a lift means getting heavy cases up to higher floors isn't great but these are very minor gripes
The staff, the terrace, the location...
My room was in the top floor without and elevator...
Excellent location, Very friendly and helpful staff, Very clean. Reasonable choice of food in the breakfast buffet (but don't expect too much). It is a lovely place offering all the basics you need (not more, not less). Good value for money.
There is no elevator and the steps are rather steep, so beware if you have difficulties climbing up. Wi-fi only in the cafeteria and the hall. No hair dryer in the room, but you can borrow one at reception.
We stayed for 6 days and our stay was very comfortable in the heart of charming Seville. Drinks free in breakfast area all day round were a blessing cause kids loved it! We loved our stay and staff was very helpfull. I recommend it very much!!
The area for breakfast is a bit small so sometimes you have to wait a bit till a table is available. But after all it is not a big deal to wait a bit cause Spanish people wake up late in the morning and time is not a problem!
Location - close to the river, the main streets and the main bus station. Breakfast ok for a short stay. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit strange room allocation but with traditional wall-tiles and good looking. Cool terrace on top.
Located in a small street, where all sounds produce echo, so quite difficult to sleep, esp. on weekends. The same is valid however for all hotels in the area. Good for short stays.
Nice location, perfect to see the city by foot. Breakfast is well provided with good variety
Room was on the third flor and only acessible by stairs. The bedroom could use some renewal, was also very hit but the a/c solved it
Very good location, close to the tourist areas,in the hard of the city, but in very quiet place. The autobus stashion is in the near. The staff is very helpfull. Very clean. A nice terrace on the roof. I am fascinated from my home in Sevilla
Great price for what we received. We had a room with a beautiful terrace on the top floor. The terrace doesn't have a view, but it is really nice for sunbathing or an evening drink. I believe it is open to all guests from 10:00-22:00.
Breakfast is not great
Location,cleanliness, breakfast is ok
Room without windows
Good choice for sightseeing. It is in a quiet street. The breakfast is enough. There are supermarkt close to the hotel. Thd receptionist can speak in English.
screen will be room into the hallway, there was a terrible smell
Excellent location with friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Superb breakfast. Rooms were big sized, very clean and well maintained. Loved it totally
No negative points except that wifi comes in reception area but not in rooms. But that did not affect us as we were out the whole time roaming in the city
