Evening receptionist's customer service skills extremely poor. Rude and patronising - had a query as the daytime receptionist had forgot to charge us for one of the rooms, this was fine, we went to pay but it was coming out at more than what was quoted on Booking.com. The receptionist were very rude, wouldnt listen to what we had to say, interupted me, rolled their eyes, muttered stuff under their breath and shook their heads, had conversations about us with each other infront of us (little did they know I actually speak Spanish!!). Never experienced such poor customer service - I was absolutely disgusted.
Actually booking.com's issue, called them at the time to sort out and was advised I would get a call back and some compensation - still not had any contact back.
Really nice hotel, felt too nice for a hen party! Modern and most of the staff really friendly, particularly the lady in the pool bar.
