Very nice hotel, perfect location and lovely food. All inclusive was a great deal, we stayed in Belvedere in the beginning of September for a long weekend, so the weather was still great (30 degrees c every day) and it cost us £40 a night per person. Great value for money. 3 meals a day in the restaurant (buffet with good choise of food, also for vegeterians), snack bars by the pool where you can get pizza, pasta, grilled chicken, calamari and side salads; plus the drinks. Our room was with the swimming pool view, it was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach Cala Mayor is within 10-minute walking distance, it's not big but it's lovely. The hotel also provides the shuttle bus to Palma Nova beach (haven't tried it though, we were either walking to Cala Mayor or staying by the pool). The swimming pool is big and nice and has got a jacuzzi. Bearing in mind it's a 3-star hotel, I am very pleased with the service, facilities and price. If you don't have children and don't want to be surrounded by noisy kids during your holiday, don't worry: the hotel provides activities and entertainment for them and keeps them busy, so you don't even see/hear them much. Bus no.1 Will take you from the airport to Plaza Espana in Palma and from there, take bus no.46. It takes around 20-25 mins and it stops right in front of the hotel. You can buy the ticket for 10 rides in a local supermarket (on the way to Cala Mayor), which is cheaper than paying for single rides. If I ever go back to Mallorca, I will definitely come back to Belvedere :-) N/A - based on my experience, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

What I liked about Belvedere Hotel in Mallorca were the facilities and the price. Their pool is beautiful and the views of the mountains were pretty. We appreciate the fact that they have activities for children at their mini club, it gave my daughter the opportunity to meet other kids and feel part of a group with their own shows at night. We like the prize, we chose to have all the meals and we really think that the variety of food and drinks was very good.We also enjoyed the massage on site. The location was tricky because you are away form the beach and the restaurants. We did walk to the closer local beach Cala Mayor one once since the hotel provided free transportation to a popular beach, Palma Nova. We were able to get to the different tourists spots with the local transportation in 20 minutes and the bus stop was near the hotel. In order to go to walk around the hotel or to go to the local the beach, Cala Mayor you needed to walk down the streets for 10 minutes but it was very steep coming back. A good exercise but difficult for young children and mature adults. The solution was to take the bus that the hotel offered to a large beach on PalmaNova which was very convenient and a 10 minute drive. After dinner people gathered around the pool, there was music, free drinks and lots of smoking!

Great food, nice swimmimg pool, cool intertainment program, great value for money, exellent for families with children or anyone who wants to have well organised vacation with all inclusive. Hotel deserves 4 stars. -Medical service refused to give basic aspirin/parasetamol pill when I got cold: they said that for all questions they can call doctor, this would cost 90 euro. Strange what is medical service room for... - Rooms are clean and nice, but shampoo/bodywosh will not be given. The same however can be bought in the hotel shop for couple of euro, so not a problem, just strange why saving on this, having all other things better than can even expect.

Big hotel, Big pool, open only during the summer from april to october, The hotel is on a hill and far from the center of Palma (25-30 min with the bus) but if you take bus #46 (circular route every 30 min) it stops any way at the hotel for 10 minutes so you cannot miss it. You can also take #20 or #3 which pass by more often (every 10 min) at the bottom of the hill but then you need to go up the stair. Its a good idea to buy the "bonobus" 10 trips for 8 euros. The beach of Cala Mayor is small but the shuttle service is to Palma Nova is nice every 30 min. from 10am to 6pm. Big breakfast room and good selection but it gest too busy so i wouldn't recommend this hotel in really high season. The hotel is on a hill and far from the center of Palma (30 min with bus). Small elevators but there is one around the corner that people usually miss. No shampoo in room only soap. Need to rent pool/beach towels. No business center so no way to print or copy anything. Internet is best in the lobby computers because WIFI is present but somehow we couldn't connect to the signal anywhere in the hotel. Best rooms are overlooking the pool but it can get noisy especially at night when people stay around the pool. The AC is only turn on during the high summer months not in april or may. Bar by the lobby gets really hot, better to buy drinks and go to lobby. It's ok if you are looking for a place to stay and not go much out of the hotel area.

Absolutely horrendous! This is without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked in for 5 nights and only managed to last 2 nights before I had to run away. It was so shocking I would rather sleep on the street - the hotel couldn't care less about you - I ordered a Taxi from reception and was told to wait in the car-park for it - 30 minutes later with no taxi in sight, I go back to reception only to find out the had "forgotten" about it. The walls are so thin in the room you can her a pin drop in the corridor - not to mention the ridiculously annoying loud music the "entertainment team" blast at full volume from the pool from the early hours of the morning to late at night. The hotel is at the top of this steep hill and far away from Palma. The bed was like a rock as well. Nothing was good. Breakfast was like eating from a soup kitchen. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs!

Even though there is a time from last renovation it looked like it had just been done. Very clean and public areas in good shape, considering it is a touristic hotel. You really need a car but that is recommended in Mallorca anyway, roads are in good shape and there is a lot to see.

I had to stay exactly in this hotel because of the tango festival which was there so I personally didn't choose the hotel. It was not bad at all - really nice and helpful staff, everybody understands English, pleasant place not too far from Palma. Very good value for money. Very poor cleaning in my room. When I checked in the window and the mirror were dirty and when I checked out in ten days they were still dirty. And the rest of the cleaning was not sufficient at all. The pillows are just awful. Lots of people at the festival complained that they got stiff neck after sleeping there. Bring your own pillow. No kettle in the room. I brought my own water heater, cup and coffee and managed just fine. Wi-Fi looses connection every few minutes. For me it was not a problem but if you have to upload or download large files you simply wouldn't be able to do it.

I really appreciated the all inclusive option. It was great value for money. The showers would have felt a lot bigger if they had plastic/glass doors, instead of the cheap material curtains. T made shower time a bit of a hassle. I can imagine it being a real frustration for overweight people. Also, I really believe that a hotel in that category really should have free wifi for its guests. I have stayed at hostels with free wifi, so I was really disappointed about the hassle and expense of having to buy wifi every day.

All Inclusive is well worth the money... Bar staff are not too friendly, the entertainment at night is terrible, only for German and Spanish people. Hotel is only ideal for mature people aged between 50-80....

Nice swimming people and relaxing area outside. Free bus to Palma Nova. Quiet for a place with many kids. The building was good, has potential if looked after by people who care about their customers Was checked in 2 hours later than the advertised time, given a twin room when we requested a double and they did not budge no matter how we argued. The mattress felt like they had sand in it. Other people were treated the same.It is their policy. They deliberately overbook double rooms and force customers to have twin rooms because the first thing they do is to collect money. They took our passports and refused with them until the next day. Felt we were treated like criminals. There are people with the worst swim wear everywhere lounge, dining etc. If exposed sagging buttocks in the dining room don't turn you off the lunch will definitely do that. Most food was in a soapy soup and had a distant unpleasant flavour like it was cooked the day before yesterday.

I liked that bq Belvedere was quiet hotel, There was a lot of family with children. The hotel staff was nice as well. I lkied our view over the sea from hotel room on the 8th floor I did't like location of hotel-quite far from beach...you need to climb the stairs to get back to hotel from the beach. I didn't like that the most of the clients was old people.

L am impressed with the quick response of the staff when come to seeking some answers about the hotel. They response very well and always keep us inform before we arrive. This is really an excellent job especially for a person who is first time coming to the hotel. It will be good to put the information about bus transport from city center to the hotel in your web site.

The hotel is very clean. The hotel has a swimming pool but the beach can be reached in 15 min walking (down hill). There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The bus (47) takes you directly to the city center and costs 1,25 eur one way. The quality of the food/drinks is not so great, especially if you have some dietary restrictions but there is enough variety. However based on the price we paid I guess it was quite fair. You always found something that you like but is mainly "fried stuff".

Too far from the town center, too crowded, 3 lifts for 800 guests, very noisy, no free wi-fi, not very helpful hotel staff especially bar tenders. We arrived late and left early and still have bad memories about this hotel, do not recommend to anyone.
