Benidorm Plaza  

I would never use Benidorm Plaza Again!! Felt ripped off, they insisted we paid up front like we were criminals or something. Complete joke the whole experience. Benidorm thank god was a lovely place to visit.

The bedrooms were very very comfortable. The bathrooms were of good size and modern.The location was perfect. The buffet breakfast was suberb.

The elevators seemed old and slow and and one time it smelt like someone had just passed wind in it, I remember having to go to the 8th floor suffering this aweful smell. The parking is a bit pricey and unless u want to walk along way to the hotel you will have no choice but to pay for it. The minibar in the room had to be turned off by me because it made alot of noise and I couldnt sleep with it on. The marking on the taps are wrong also. When u turn it to cold it lets out hot water and visa versa. Minor gripes for what can be considered a very pleasant stay!

I chose it as i needed secure parking which it has. 15 euros a day. WIFI in your room you pay for,safe in your room you pay for i am surprised not to have to pay for the laundry. The rooms have laminate flooring so unless you have the top floor your head every footstep in the room above plus quite a lot of other goings on. Save your self the annoyance of noise, not great food,and charging for everything. Go somewhere else. The Victoria next door looks better value has underground parking but advertise the fact

Friendly staff,good location and comfortable room

Very central location near Levante beach. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Buffet meals exceptional with superb choice, and Gala Dinner on Saturdays. Rooms modern and bright.. and cleaned to a high standard. Hotel well recommended.

Room was basic but very clean, breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choice, very clean dining room. Location was good for the beach, bars and reataurants.

The carpark was very 'tight' and you had to register and be given a card for entry first, had to find somewhere to stop the car on a one way road, there is nowhere to park on the side roads! The staff when approached werent friendly and welcoming as you would hope on a reception but that seems the same all over, the dining room staff were slightly better.

my stay at this hotel was very enjoyable, room nice, good view,nice location close to shops and beachfriendly and helpful staff, and food very good and lots of it. would stay again.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly...its a perfect location for the beach and shops but as I was there on a girlie holiday I would of prefered somewhere closer the square

All considered it was ok! But I won't be going back there the young man on reception was helpful, but the older man was very grumpy and was unhelpful,

Found the food very poor,no water on the tables at lunch or dinner,you had to purchase a drink if you wanted one with your meal.after paying full board I expected at least water!! No tea making facilities in your room.

El horario del bufet esta demasiado adaptado a los extranjeros,los desayunos comidas y cena acaban muy pronto.

a las 6 d ela mañana ya no podias ni dormir x el sol, las paredes parecian de papel, oia hasta al vecino de al lado tirar de la cadena
