“ Excellent position. Rooms very nice and lovely view. I was staying for 5nights over the Easter Weekend and was half board. Breakfast choice was very good and Evening Meal Buffet was excellent. Staff in all departments was very friendly at all times and very helpful. I travel to Spain several times a year and would stay at this Hotel again. ”

Lovely location, helpfull staff, half board with a good selection of food. Room with balcony was enjoyable as you could open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

Liked the position we live near denia and are always here in Benidorm for weekend breaks and a lot of our friend s also would pay a little more if modernised a little and a bigger flatscreen.

Convenience to the centre but far enough away from the lager lout fraternity. Good views of the bay and sea front, Room was adequate but a little tired. Bar area good and good entertainment.Generally for the price it was ok and it was more for the Spanish, but this was probably better. Rooms were not soundproofed and was difficult to find with bad car access, if you could not park within the hotel itself, difficult to park. Meals were a little basic and somewhat cold.

Great location nice hotel all round but we thought the food lets it down and could have more thought put into it and more varity and it is a shame because apart from that it ticked all of our boxes for a good hotel.

La situación, vistas. La animación. La comida bien elaborada. Precio calidad. En la piscina, para mi gusto, se debería ocultar de alguna manera la vista desde el bar para darle un poco de intimidad a los bañistas; bien con un adhesivo en parte de los cristales u otra solución.

-Personnel du Bar trés sympathique -Eau bien Chaude et Pression de l'eau agréable -Les draps et serviettes changés chaque jour - Propreté des chambres -Prix interessant pour mundomar ou nous allons à chaque fois tellement c'est beau, jamais vu un spectable de dauphins aussi magnifique!! - Régler la chambre à l'arrivée c'est la 1ere fois - Avoir une chambre a deux lit separés au 8ème et de nous retrouver a un etage inférieur au 1er avec vue sur le toit du bar pour bénéficier d'un lit double a 256€ la chambre (j'avais reservé la chambre 4 mois + tôt) -Une piscine non chauffée alors que le site annonce une piscine chauffé- notre choix s'est basé sur cet hotel car la période ne permettait pas de se baigner dans la mer -La vue de la chambre qui donne sur les chambres voisines et sur l'hotel voisin - intimité 0 - Jus de fruit du petit déjeuner affreux (poudre chimique) , pour le pays des oranges c'est quand même le comble. -Absence totale de viennoiserie typique espagnole alors que l'espagne est réputé pour ses magdalenas et autres -Un accueil du receptionniste peu chaleureux le jour de notre arrivée les jours suivants ça été---Trés trés déçus!!! et nos amis aussi! -Nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter l'hotel Nadal, juste à coté, hé bien ils sont dans l'excellence par rapport à bénikaktus ou nous ne retournerons jamais!

En general todo. Es un hotel que hemos repetido varias veces Que no respetaran el nº de la mesa del restaurante hasta la ultima comida. Hay que cambiar las duchas del baño por otras modelo telefono.
