The location of the hotel was ideal for our purposes in that it was directly on the edge of the sea after the Levante beach so no noise from passers by but still handy for the night life. The food was poor most days. Simple things let it down E.G.no coffee etc available other than at breakfast. The choice was poor unless you liked chips with everything.

Great location nice hotel all round but we thought the food lets it down and could have more thought put into it and more varity and it is a shame because apart from that it ticked all of our boxes for a good hotel.

La ubicación. La falta de limpieza (pelos en los vasos del baño, muebles llenos de polvo, terraza sucia) El colchón está para cambiar. El personal correcto pero poco amable. Fatal para aparcar y te mandan a que te busques la vida, en pocas palabras. Comida escasísima, un plato de carne otro de pescado y ensalada variada.

Queda algo a desmano del centro pero las vistas son muy buenas.La comida está bien condimentada. No nos cambiaron las sábanas en una semana que estuvimos. Los cristales de la terraza, que es la "joya de la corona" de las habitaciones del hotel estaban sucios, el suelo de la bañera resbala, los recipientes del gel de ducha y del champú se caen a la mínima.

La piscina, el bar y las tumbonas de fuera del bar. La terraza de la habitación. Poca variación de comida en el comedor. Se nos olvidaron los cepillos de dientes, y nos dijeron en recepción que como es un hotel "trotero" no disponen de detalles como cepillos de dientes.

El hotel en sí está bien; Todas las habitaciones tienen un balconcito que lo puedes tener cerrado o abierto con vistas a la bahia de Benidorm. Está muy bien situado, en la playa de levante a 1 minuto de la arena La insonorizacion de las habitaciones es pésima: se oye el baño de la habitacion de al lado, maletas por el pasillo ( no tiene moqueta). El parquing es ridículo: sólo caben un puñado de coches y no se puede reservar plaza. Adémás de ser bastante complicado por tener plazas muy justas.

Satisfait du personnel,certains parlent le français,bonne infrastructure une vue sur Benidorm EXEPTIONNELLE.Nous avons apprécié la piscine couverte. Nous avons apprécié la majorité des services ,mais je crois que comme se sont des clients Belges qui viennent régulièrement,le cuisinier ne se remet pas en question:aucun plasir à manger au benikakus,souvent les mêmes plats sans aucune originalité ,aucun décor de buffet ,pas de soirée spéciale,rien,on ne parle meme pas du buffet dessert,habituée au groupe servigroup j'ai vraiment été déçue des repas
