Location as we wanted to visit friends in Marina. Del Este

To family orientated, in the main season imagine it would like a holiday camp

Great location 5 min from coast by car, parking in garage, very nice room, lots of facilities in hotel like spa gym bowling, swimming pool outdidr, they also organise trips and evening programmed, lots of bery tasty food.

Wifi only in reception area

Price was good for 6 people but facilities in Apartment were basic and barely big enough for 6.

Apartments are of lower quality than bedrooms with plaster peeling of walls and questionable quality of additional bedding. Service was good as the manager offered free breakfast as compensation which made up for the issues. Parking is a problem in the local area.

Great value for money, particularly off season. Spacious rooms.

During my stay in the apartment block I found the signing from the main block inadequate and the route through the underground car parks worse. I would consider it unsafe for a young family passing between cars there if traffic was moving. More signing on where to go to and from the lifts please.

The rooms, their size and facilities were excellent value for money. We were able to book a few hour longer for our third day as our flight was in the evening. The pools were also good.

The position was ok but rather limiting with always a climb to or from. The sheer size of the place made everywhere very noisy and busy. There must have been at least a thousand guests. The front desk staff were disorganised and rather shambolic-not enough staff for the numbers of people wanting attention. Should have mentioned quirks about the room E.G. the safe before we got up there and read we needed to get info from the desk first-it was quite a long way! We were in Herradura for a family wedding so were in and out of the hotel a lot, it would be a difficult place to relax in for more than a couple of days.

Extremely helpful, friendly staff at Reception. Swimming pool areas beautiful, clean, well laid out, plenty of space in water + poolside for everyone.. Great large-sized beds.

Swamped with families and large coach parties..... Eating was like a barnyard: In huge dining area - very noisy + busy. All self-service. BUTLINS holiday camp comes to mind....... Large amounts of processed meats and sugary foods. Reception was most of the time a very long queue..... People ignored no-smoking ban around pools. Very late night chanting/singing (till 1.30am) from the bar/cafe which my room overlooked. Room had no rubbish bin - only in bathroom area.

Relaxed atmosphere and great for families. Room clean and good choice at breakfast. The facilities were exactly as described and everything worked. If you want a large, bustling hotel geared up for young families and lots of children then this works.

The staff at reception were on the whole extremely abrupt and unhelpful. When we arrived we were put into an already occupied room - no apology made when they realised what had happened and then I was made to feel like a criminal as I had paid a reservation fee but not the whole amount up front - which I had never been asked to do. The next morning we had to drive back to Malaga to find the British Consul as all our luggage and my daughter's passport had been stolen at the car hire company on the way out and needed to download directions. We asked Yolande at the desk if she could help us by printing these off which she did in a format so small we could not read it and we were made to feel we were being total nuisances by asking her to re-format this and re-print. It feels as though the staff at reception are told it is a sackable offence to smile or engage with guests!. Having said that the staff at reception on Sunday were pretty helpful. The parking is a nightmare.

Pour notre 4ème séjour dans cet hotel quelle déception pour les repas! Tres peu de choix , mal assaisonné et en plus presque froids,

Las instalaciones, el personal, el desayuno, las vistas, la cercanía al pueblo de la Herradura.

Que en Mayo no estuvieran las piscinas exteriores abiertas.

A veces un pelín de ruido por los críos corriendo por la piscina. Cosa normal

Buffet excelente, habitaciones grandes confortables, parking económico, genial miniclub con bastantes actividades niños.

Escasos de personal en recepción, buffett. La ropa de habitaciones algo deterioradas. Comidas y cenas regular

Zwembad opent pas op 1 juni !!!! Binnenzwembad veeeeel te warm, geen verluchting , wie wil zwemmen boekt beter een ander hotel.

Lo único: Las señoras de la limpiezan hacen su trabajo.

Buffet incomestible: nos toman como borregos muertos de hambre. Piscina sin vigilante. No wifi en las habitaciones por lo que todos los que querían internet tenían que ira al hall del hotel: una feria: niños gritando, corriendo..horrible! No volvería ni aunque me regalaran la estancia.

Excellente situation, buffet petit dej' et du soir énormes, pour tous les goûts ! Piscine magnifique ! Chambres fâîtes tous les jours, personnel aimable, parle anglais. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

La piscine climatisée est à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, sans vestiaires. En mars il faisait froid quand on en sortait. Les boissons ne sont pas incluses dans la demi pension.

Las vistas hacia la costa.

Mala comida, horarios del spa malisimos, jefa de cocina borde... En general, no cumplen con lo que vende.

No me ha gustado.

La comida, exceso de gente para tan poco personal. Falta de parking gratuito. Poca oferta de entretenimiento. Habitaciones triples pequeñas. Ubicación,necesitas coche para todo!

Muchos entretenimientos para los niños, bolera con complementos y juegos excelentes y zona wifi.

Que los españoles gritamos mucho y dejamos las puertas sin cerrar en todas partes.

El trato amable del personal, la situación y las vistas.

La calidad de la comida no era demasiado buena y la variedad del buffet escasa. Hotel muy ruidoso, muchas familias con niños corriendo y gritando por los pasillos. Por las noches escuchaba los ronquidos del vecino de al lado.
