Hotel Best Oasis Park  

This Hotel had everything. The Buffet food selection for breakfast and evening meal was outstandig and if you didnt see anything you liked the Chef would cook various selections of meat or fish or even burgers and hot dogs right in front of you. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size with two double beds which makes a change from the two singles and were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the Pool and garden area and was very quiet at night. There was entertainment during the day for children and for adults at nighttime in the Bar. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and the price with Booking.com was very reasonable.

Most impressed by the excellent customer service received from , all departments. Excellent welcome at reception (specially Lidia), great service at the restaurant (especially Mercedes, always ready to assist customers always with a nice smile for everyone), and also the two waiters in the bar (one of them Mercedes` brother). I read many complains regarding the food. I dont think this comments are fare. Food was well cooked and tasty and a great choice including the daily grill where they cook fresh fish or meat in front of you. We stayed a weekend and I will definitely go back for at least a week. Highly recommended!!.

IF I have in consideration the cost of the room and the full board basis, there is nothing negative to say about this hotel. Great value for money. I would highly recommended.

Room was very clean and the decor looked like it had recently been done. The beds are hard and not of good quality. Lidia the hotel receptionist was lovely and very helpful, however she was the only one working and it took ages to check in and out. We didnt eat at the hotel. For the price we paid i would say was good value, and the location is very good for the beach and shops.

The unsightly block of flats directly opposit that could see directly into your room. We had to keep the curtains pulled the whole time. not sure if i would recommend this hotel for a week long holiday, pool was basic and small.

The food was good and staff at bar friendly. Entertaiment at night was good. Good location.

Didn't like some of the guests feeding pigeons at the pool area

Habitaciones en perfecto estado, personal muy amable.

El servicio de recepción pésimo, era un regalo para mi madre y nada mas llegar le cobraron a habitación a un precio superior al del papel de la reserva I encima al dia siguiente fui a pagar la habitación y me la volvieron a cobrar!!!!

Het hotel is centraal gelegen en prijs kwaliteits verhouding erg goed. We hebben een schone kamer met prima sanitair. Het eten was prima en goede bediening erg vriendelijk. Al met al een aanrader voor weekendje weg.

El ruido en las habitaciones

Los horarios del desayuno, comidas y cenas son inapropiados. La calidad del buffet es baja y poco variada. La habitación debe abandonarse antes de las 10:00 de la mañana aunque en la reserva pone de 11:00 a 12:00. Además, el día de salida bloquean las llaves de las habitaciones antes de las 10:00, impidiendo el acceso de ellas y obligando a los clientes a reclamar y perder tiempo en recepción.

Quantita del cibo e prezzo in mezza pensione molto basso.

Puzza di fogna nel bagno, nel ristorante avevano messo dei secchi perche crollavano pezzi di intonaco dal soffitto. Piatti per il buffet sporchi e qualita del cibo scadente. Insomma prezzo basso servizi bassi.

El hotel dispone de gimnasio y spa. Tiene animación y piscina. Es más grande de lo que esperaba. Habitaciones espaciosas con terraza y lo mejor, su precio económico.

Hotel in buona posizione molto centrale e anche carino.

Eravamo un gruppo di 8 persone.di negativo le piscine dovrebbero essere ristruturate poi in riguardo alle pulizie delle camere potrebbero essere migliori, in fine andiamo alla cosa piu brutta e da prendere prevedimento urgentemente;ho riscontrato parecchi giorni I piatti molti sporchi ho reclamato con il capo sala e anche con il direttore ed e stato tutto risolto ma il casò nn e da sottovaluare perche io e nessuno volesse prendere delle salmonelle..................questa e la cosa che non si tollera e cercate al piu presto possibile di richiamare il personale della cucina a svolgere un lavoro preciso e di non sottovalutare la cosa.distinti saluti signor gandolfo giuseppe

el hotel esta muy nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias y muy bien equipadas. la zona es tranquila, pero no esta aislado. se encuentra muy cerca de las paradas de autobus para ir a barcelona, tarragona, etc. el desayuno bufet muy abundante y de buena calidad.

lo unico malo son los ascensores, muy pequeños y a ciertas horas habia que esperar bastante.
