Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating to a large group. Close to the beach / bars / nightlife.

The food wasn't the best, but acceptable if you think of what you get for your money. If you have full or half board you are only able to have coffee or tea at breakfast. For lunch and dinner coffee is not included which I think is bad, at least I like to have a cup of coffee togehter with my dessert.

Staff were friendly but there just did not seem to be enough manning the reception desk. There were a number of times when we had to queue for a while before being served, I.E. to pay the Euro6 per day parking fee

We have stayed at the Siroco Hotel three times and have enjoyed our stay there. The Siroco is a good unpretentious and comfortable place to stay whilst in Benalmadena, centrally placed for shops, and beach. There is a good bus service to other towns along the coast. Gibraltar is near and many forms of transport are available to get there. I have recommended the hotel to friends and some have stayed there as a result. Good car parking which is very important, reasonably priced and what is best described as "easy in and easy out"

The only thing we have never liked about the hotel service was the food especially the evening meal. Cold plates and luke warm food soon results in almost cold food. I would be hard pressed to think of anything else which is less than very good.

Bedroom & bathroom were infested with mosquitos, my partner & were badly bitten and explained this to staff. The result was the room was sprayed, with no effect, & we were told "this was a normal situation at the hotel and we had to put up with it". Thus we were forced to checkout a day early. We have made a formal complaint and await the outcome!

Hotel was good value for the money. Decor was in a good state considering it was the end of the season. Food was average for a 3 star hotel. On a par with others we have stayed at. Staff were very helpful.Would stay again provided beds were improved.

Beds were rather uncomfortable. Mattresses were rather hard and lumpy. Need replacing

The room safe is too old. It works by using an old key to lock/unlock.You then have to take the key out with you and if you're partying it's very easy to loose.What I especially found disgraceful was the fact that you pay five euros as a deposit for the safe key which isn't refunded upon departure unless you have you're receipt !!!

The fact that the hotel bar was closed, and the only option was the pool bar. During the day this was not a problem, but in the evening one had to suffer the loud music and incompetent entertainers whilst being eaten by mosquitos. On our previous visit, we would have a couple of drinks (good mojitos!) in the hotel bar each evening. This time we only went to the pool bar twice in ten days. I pity the guests who had rooms above the bar!.

Had a very pleasant six days there. Very nice room with wonderful views. Great location. Lovely hotel, pool and gardens. The food was very good. Hope to go back!

Nice rooms. Very clean, nice views (ask for a sea view cabin). We drove there and was able to park for 6 euros a day. Good location for the bars and restaurants etc. Beach is a 5 min walk.

Its very hilly in the area. There is street access with room card. (Until we found that out) we were hiking up the hills to get there. Be prepared for hill climbing. And the lifts are a long way from reception. (200 metres) it's a big hotel.

Excellent Value for money as booked 2 rooms including breakfast and evening meal. Rooms very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast fantastic choice and availability. Pool area very clean and plenty of sunbeds available.

Dinner was available until 10 pm, we went to dinner at 9 pm. The choice was limited and there was little availability. Compared to breakfast buffet this was disappointing.

Value for money, excellant location, close to beach, marina, bars / restaurants, nightlife. Very clean, comfortable room, good choice of food, friendly staff.

Paying for the car park, I think / believe ! that residents of the hotel should get free parking
