Perfectly located to visit museums and the old town, all within easy walking distance. The restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced.

Location - close both to the center of the city, museums and old town, attentive staff, good choice at breakfast. Room was very comfortable and stayed both warm and really dry - despite the fact that it was 15 degrees and raining non-stop outside

WiFi connection was somewhat poor, no minibar in the room (though vending machines available on the floors)

Food - breakfast was simply terrible - dull, overcooked but cold hot food, horrible coffee and juice - uurrrrggghh....

location was excellent- just across the river from the Guggenheim, and a 15 minute walk to the old city centre

Decor was rather bland and corporate. the corridors were surfaced with a lino type material, so the noise of suitcases and footsteps was magnified

Great location, easy access from bus station and airport, excellent price. Generally clean and quiet hotel. Staff were polite.

The hotel is dated and while we were promised "one of the best rooms", it was average at best. The shower was weak and temp changed rapidly hot and cold. The Internet access in room was inconsistent and very frustrating.

Room was clean and in good condition, with a spacious, well maintained bathroom. Location is great, right next to the famous footbridge, and about 15 mins walk from Guggenheim Bilbao.

Room had a window to the hotel's courtyard. Probably to block the less then ideal view, the window had an opaque screen applied to it. And, for "safety reasons" it couldn't be opened further than 10 centimetres, so the room was rendered to permanent darkness. This made the room rather depressing, especially in the morning.
