Location perfect, meals late at night excellent, service at front desk first class

The hotel is in a great location close to the Guggenheim museum and the old part of the city.The hotel itself was clean and the staff were great

great staff, spotlessly clean, some really good food in the restaurant. Location is no more than 15 minutes walk from anywhere in the city and just over a river footbridge to the tram.

had to ask at reception for a tea/coffee tray for the room, limited menu in the restaurant

Room was clean and in good condition, with a spacious, well maintained bathroom. Location is great, right next to the famous footbridge, and about 15 mins walk from Guggenheim Bilbao.

Room had a window to the hotel's courtyard. Probably to block the less then ideal view, the window had an opaque screen applied to it. And, for "safety reasons" it couldn't be opened further than 10 centimetres, so the room was rendered to permanent darkness. This made the room rather depressing, especially in the morning.

Front entrance unattractive

On the river within a short walk of the Guggenheim Museum. They also have some pay underground car parking available nearby which meant we could park up and forget about the car for a few days. Very comfortable and clean and with helpful English speaking staff.

It's a standard city hotel without character much as you would expect.

Very standard type of room. Staff were friendly and offered advice especially about parking. Located between the Old Town and the Guggenheim.

No view from the room. Windows are onto an inner courtyard but are opaque. Rooms at the front of the hotel block are actually apartments with views across the river.

Very helpful receptionist who managed to quickly get a lovely room for us even though we had arrived earlier than expected- before mid-day. Perfect location .

Big, comfortable room and bath, excellent location on the river and very good breakfast.

The evening we arrived, we got stuck on the smoking floor and I didn't appreciate the stale smoke smell in the room. Next day another, non-smoking, room was available fortunately.
