Best Western Hotel Las Sirenas    

Excellent Hotel give 5 stars. Ve3ry clean. Excellent rooms and air conditioner. WIFI, Parking, Breakfast, Beach

What we liked best was Everything!!!! Although we booked for the Best Western our room was in the Thalsso Cantabrico which is on the same site but is a 4 star hotel, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and everything looks brand new, very clean, the service from staff is perfect and bar on the 5th floor has fantastic views, I would highly recommend this hotel, there is a beautiful cove/beach down steps from the hotel. I only wish we had a few more days booked in the hotel to really enjoy it more. A++++++++ We live in Northern Ireland.

After the first night at hotel I found my car with long scratches all around and the wipers broken. Somebody has done this to me, and all this has happened at the hotel parking just 3m from the main hotel entrance! The room was just horrible - dated furniture, some sewage smells and moisture inside. A small window which was also useless since we had the inside roof view with the kitchen chimneys nearby, so that you could constantly feel grilled chicken and potatoes smells if the window was open. The wireless internet - very slow and with interruptions. You also have to wait for abt 10 min in order to connect. The swimming pool - strong chlorine smell and it is located some 100m further. You also have to wear a cap to use it stay away from this hotel by all means!!!

A brand new hotel, which means there are a few finishing touches to be made especially in the breakfastroom. The most wonderful terrasbar and restaurant; the view is magnificent. Staff did there best to make us feel welcome.

Do take care when you enter the garage. The layout is very badly designed and be aware not to damage the carosserie(bottom) of your car. Please no metal or house music in the reception; not everybody likes it!

The fact that I reserved in the Hotel (3 stars) and for some reason I was given a room in the Appartments (2 stars) of the same name. In fact the hotel Las Sirenas appear to be closed while a brand new hotel called Thalaso Cantabrico (4 stars) in the same complex was the one being used instead. In the end we switched to the Cantabrico and had to pay 15 euros extra per day. My parents reserved also in Las Sirenas and were straight away given a room in the Cantabrico without having to pay anything extra. I simply don't understand. However, the whole experience was very good and I would definitely come back. I would reserve by phone because Booking.com does not reflect the existence of three hotels in the same complex and thus possibly the reservation mess I endured.

Las sirenas has moved to a brand new hotel with spacious and comfotable rooms. A fantastic bar/restaurant terras on the rooftop with exceptional views. There is also a very well equiped spa and thallasso with very professional personal (Sandra and Maria). The best price/quality ever experienced.

The hotel smelt and looked brand new. The rooms were glorious, the view of the bay from our balcony was awesome. The staff were sensational and the wifi was fast. I would stay here again anytime. Also free parking

We only stayed one night but had lovely rooms looking out over the bay. A nice walk has been created down into Viveiro. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Direkt am Strand, in die Altstadt von Viveiro sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß an einer Strandpromenade entlang zu laufen.

Todo perfecto, especialmente el trato del personal. Mención especial para adrian, de recepción por su gran profesionalidad y don de gentes.

4 stelle nuovissimo e ben tenuto. Vista sulla baia, presenza di terrazza panoramica. Utilizzato per far tappa durante il viaggio ma adatto (soprattutto) per soggiornare per qualche tempo nell'area (piena di spiagge).

Reservé en el Best, pero nos acomodaron en el Thalasso Cantábrico; por lo tanto la evaluación la estoy haciendo de éste. Me ha gustado todo; la tranquilidad, la discrepción, las vistas, el spa, la piscina... Probaremos nustra próxima estancia en los apartamentos, pues el complejo nos gustó mucho.

El aislamiento entre habitaciones. Es muy silencioso respecto al exterior, pero se oye la televisión, el despertador, los comentarios de la habitación contigua. En todo lo demás, perfecto

En realidad, no fuimos alojados en el Sirenas. Fué en otro del mismo complejo (Thalasso Cantábrico Las Sirenas), de mayor categoría (****) y respetando el precio pactado con Booking. Nos gustó la limpieza del hotel. Lo nuevo de las instalaciones y la ubicación. El entorno es de gran belleza.

Desde que hice la reserva, en cosa de 20 días, los precios bajaron en la página de Booking un 13,88%. Lógicamente, anulé y volví a contratar.... Supongo que es la estrategia del hotel... Nuestra habitación era de las pocas (muy pocas) que no tenía balcón. El buffet del desayuno era algo pobre y escaso. Ya dije que fuimos alojados en otro hotel de mas categoría respetando el precio de lo pactado. He vuelto a consultar precios y Booking ofrece precios distintos (mas caro el de mas categoría, logicamente). Sin embargo, la política del complejo hotelero es alojar el el mas caro y tener el otro sin huéspedes. Si tienes la suerte de contratar el mas barato, al final te alojas en el caro...

Yo reserve en las Sirenas y me alojaron en el thalaso de 4 estrellas. habia leido que le habia pasado a otros clientes. la verdad en cuanto pueda no dudare en mirar las Sirenas antes que otro hotel hasta incluso otro destino

Soy Celiaco, imposible al desayunar me dieran algo para celiacos. Hoy es muy facil encontrar, pan , magdalenas, etc.. en cualquier supermercado, es decir no necesitan de grandes stoks de productos para celiacos, yo me llevo siempre la cerveza

No nos dieron la habitacion en el Best Western las Sirenas sino en el Hotel de 4 estrellas que está justo enfrente: el Talasso Cantabrico Las Sirenas, y que está genial.. Y por las opiniones que he leido aquí, a mucha gente le pasó eso. Por supuesto, agradecimos el cambio porque fue a mejor, pero para quienes reserven en el Best Western en base a estas buenas opiniones, cuidado!!!, porque se corresponden al hotel Talasso.

El precio del desayuno, caro.

Como hostal 3 *(digo bien como hostal y no como hotel de 3*) está bien.

No está adaptado para minusvalidos, las habitaciones estan en 1ª planta y no tiene ascensor (tampoco vayas con maletas pesadas), creia que era obligatorio para un establecimiento público y mas de 3*. Solicité una habitacion triple y la cama supletoria era un sofá-catre, despues de protestar la segunda noche nos pasaron a un apartamento de 2 habtaciones. No repusieron el gel. El wifi en las habitaciones no funciona aunque digan que sí. Si vais que no os olvide hacer previamente un master en cerraduras y pomos. Se ven que estan volcados en otro hotel de 4* aunque segun me dijeron la cama supletoria tambien era sofa-cama

El hotel es nuevo, y se nota. La habitación estaba reluciente, y el baño también. El trato del personal es impecable. Un punto a favor es también el parking, cómodo y gratuito. Aunque quizá lo mejor sea la terraza del bar y sus espectaculares vistas, y la proximidad de la playa, a pesar de que las escaleras de acceso (que no dependen del hotel, claro) son una prueba difícil de superar con calor.

La calidad del desayuno deja bastante que desear, aunque la oferta no sea del todo mala. El lavabo se habrá elegido por el diseño, pero es incómodo y nada práctico.
