The staff was very pleasant and most helpful. Location was good, and facilities were fine. Breakfast was also good. No complaints, as location is near the Metro, and only 10 minutes from the main area of the city.

The hotel is at a good location if you want to get around the city. Conveniently located near a metro station. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and offered excellent value for its star rating.

I liked everything! The staff was extremely helpful and nice; the room was super clean and comfy. The location was awesome! I really enjoyed it! I would totally recommend it to other travelers, and I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

The location is excellent and there is a metro station "Iglesia" near to the hotel. The rooms are very good and comfort, plus there is an excellent wifi.

The staff wasn't very polite. The breakfast was very poor and we didn't like it at all. They Don't change the towels every day!

Booking.com listed the hotel as having parking available at the rate of 22.50e per day. I stayed two days and parked at the parking lot I was directed to by the hotel staff. When I left, less than two days later, I was charged 63+E. Either the hotel or Booking.com cost me approx. 20E.

The breakfast could be better. Yogurts and 2 kinds of fruits will be acceptable. A little freege inside the room also will be acceptable.

The staff are all very nice and speak fluent English and very helpful! Very cozy room, especially the bed is very comfortable! Through my window I can have a good view of the street and I think that's awesome! The print machine is nice and I used it to photocopy my electronic flight ticket.

I forgot to ask for the wifi password and didn't experience their internet in my room. I think my bed is little short, though I am not tall. But it is very cozy and quite comfortable!

The reception staff were very friendly. Room was clean and neat with extra pillows.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, there weren't any problems with changing the room when the one I was accommodated in turned out to be a bit too cold. Convenient location, close to three metro stations.

I have now stayed at Hotel Trafalgar on many occassions as I visit to see family in Madrid. The staff are very helpful & friendly and encourage me to improve my Spanish! I always feel very welcome.Gustavo & Maria are particulary helpful & speak excellent English when required The hotel is warm & friendly & well placed for metro stations & local cafes/bars. Hasta pronto!

Comfortable room with good facilities. In a quiet location and liked the balcony in my 6th floor room. Easy access to centre of city - took metro in and walked back. Great paved garden area nearby with good cafes. Decent breakfast with good coffee.

A small fridge just to keep water cool would be nice. Parking nearby is quite expensive.

Basic but clean and has what you need for a city visit - bit old school but v friendly and helpful staff. Also great location next to Pl Olavide

It isn't exactly your design-hotel or exciting in any way - but for the price I paid it was really very good value

We were warmly greeted by the Lady at reception on our arrival and she was very helpful - a credit to the hotel. Also a very nice person

Small point, there was no pen/pencil and pad in the room to make notes. Surprised there was no mini bar in the room.

Room's plan is very interesting; every single room on the floor differs from another. Also good district, evening buzz of cafes on Plaza de Olavide is awesome! By the way, you can have a breakfast right there, as we did all the time of our staying in Trafalgar.
