Convienience for friends we were visiting Rude / fraudulent bar staff. The hotel room booklet clearly states free tea & coffee. We asked for coffee which a rude male bar member of staff later told us we needed to pay for. When I explained what the booklet said he said we needed to specify 'free coffee' on order. The booklet does not states this. On the following day we ordered 'free coffee' and it was exactly the same size and consistancy. I can only assume this is a way for the bar staff to stuff extra money in their pockets, treat customers like idiots and be very aggressive and rude.

Great views. The hotel is very noisy, it is in need of sound proofing and upgrade of the basic decoration and furniture. Good for families with children, but not the place to relax. Expensive for what you get.

Not a lot, except the staff did their best under bad management. We were very disappointed in the hotel. It was dirty and understaffed. The area around the pool was dirty also the seating area outside the bar and dining room. We have stayed in Best Western Hotels both in the U.K. and abroad and were surprised at the standard of this Best Western Hotel. The carpet on our floor was dirty when we arrived and 4 days later it still hadn't been hoovered!! The music was so loud and the staff managing it which made it impossible to relax even in our bedroom.

Rooms were clean. Pool was pleasant. Not told we had to check in by 6pm. We did not fly until 7pm! Sunbeds in very poor condition and not enough of them. Food repetative don't go for hlaf board. You need a car, the hotel is a long way from town and does not have a beach.

Staff made the place a pleasure. Very helpful indeed. Reception/Restaurant/Bar . The top wooden rail on the balcony was much sun damaged and had started to disintegrate. More importantly it was wobbly and could possibly detach and fall 3 floors with consequences.

Lots of comfortable niches and lounges for reading and games and outdoor terraces for enjoying a breath-taking view. The tennis court surface is inadequate for playing tennis when there is a lot of dew, which is the case all day long in the winter months. The surace is too smooth and is dangerous because it is slippery. It should be at least topped with a rubberized or rougher surface. The bathroom drainage system causes a "smelly" odor in the room. It might be due to the lack of a proper ventilation system.

Very nicely located with rooms right in front of the sea. The balcony provides good protection against wind, so even with a strong wind and sunshine, it's very relaxed to sit on the balcony enjoying the nice sea view. The breakfast and diner buffet were also perfect. Good quality and a large choice of food. There is a gsm mast on top of one of the buildings of the hotel.....I Wouldn't like sleeping in one of the rooms just below it. But luckily the hotel consists of more wings, so I guess you can always get a room not below this mast. There at walking distance in the area of the hotel. It's located along a large road. If you want to go to a supermarket or something else you need transportation.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the views are stunning. A very spacious feel throughout the hotel and terraces etc. The buffet breakfast and dinner ends abruptly at the upper end of the between times. Would have liked a "drink" included option as was offered to the Saga clients.

The location of the hotel on the coastline with many beautiful bays and beaches. Condition of the room was really bad when we arrived, many screws were loose and the electricity supply was really loud. After one day we mentioned the things and they were fixed. The loud music (for old people) in the evening at the animation program. We could hear nearly everything from the other rooms.

Good value for a quiet Christmas break with family. We had great weather and enjoyed the views and relaxed atmostphere. We booked a room with a hydro massage bath and it didn't have one. That was a disappointment. We asked at reception, but they said they hadn't been informed that we should have one. It said on my email there was one and on the info to the hotel there was no record, so they wouldn't change our room.
