The Hotel is Family run ...Nice to see the owner serving the guewsts at breakfasts and Dining times....the Staff are marvellous...friendly, professionals and there to assist at any time....the location is fantastic just right next to the beach....The Dining is reasonably good but lack of choices. The Breakfast is just good....

The Food needs to be diversified.... The Breakfast too....

The location is great... beachfront. Great for kids to walk to beach from the room.

The hotel is a tad bit dated and worn, but it's clean.

amazing views, excellent location. really quiet at night so you get a good nights sleep.

would have liked a few more towels in the room but i didnt ask for more though im sure they would have given them if i had have.

Hotel Bilbaino has rip off extras.breakfast is very poor for 7 euros- basic cakes,toast. Female member of reception (possibly manager) is argumentative,arrogant and only interested in her own opinion. Very important: I would strongly advise against requesting the hotel's transfer service from alicante airport. It is not the hotel's own vehicle and they claim to prepay it on your behalf, so you would be expected to part with this cash even if you dont take the transfer.the operator of this is resort care, and staff at the airport dont make you aware of this either. Most important of the hotel's failings is they do not tell you that if you want the transfer you could be kept waiting any number of hours for passengers arriving on other flights who will also be booked on the transfer vehicle. There are many other hotels in benidorm offering the same or better for less--my advise is avoid this hotel. It has to have the worst management system of any hotel I have ever booked through booking.com

Location could not have been better, right by the sea and the old town . Friendly staff and very clean room also the fridge was a bonus . Sea view room was great with balcony . Overall good value for money too .

Would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Wifi restricted to one device at a time . No English tv but it is Spain after all .

The location is fantastic in the Old Town, and is near the shops and restaurants.The Hotel is far away from the noise of the New Town, but within easy walking distance.An adequate Continental Breakfast is served.An added bonus is the wonderful view of the sea and promenade from the hotel room and balcony.

Although room had flat screen tv there are no English speaking channels. Would have liked an English news channel. Also room brochure which described the history of hotel was in Spanish only.

We loved the location, as it was central for all facilities and right on the beach. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the cleanliness was second to none. Brilliant!

Good location near the Old Town and also many restaurants and shops. It overlooks the excellent Levante Beach.

Passing revellers at night made it slightly noisy. Could do with 1 English news channel on the T.V.

Location by the beach

Parking was a nightmare - a multi-storey car park 400 yards away through a maze of narrow streets, some one-way and pedestrianised. It was secure but made for a very stressful start and end to our stay.

the rooms were clean and bright and the view was overlooking the sea.

it was too near to a disc club which went on until 5.30am which meant the boise was awful and didn't sleep well.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Excellent location.

The food at lunch time and dinner was very poor standard.

Beautiful seafront location...stunning view of Levante beach,very clean and helpful staff.
