Score from 444 reviews Very good
the hotel is very close to all amenities close enough to walk to many of the clubs if you so wish and close enough To visit the miriad of small bars restaurants and shops that abound in that area. The staff were very friendly and having secure parking a few mins away was a bonus. Anyone wanting to be close to the beach couldnt fail to be impressed as it is only 10 metres from the front door.
Fresh fruit and salad. Cleanliness. Waitress service.
Too much olive oil on meals. Table not set up properly, no salt in the pots or salt and pepper pots missing, no cutlery on the tables no butter for toast, when it did come in it wasn't made available.
View and location on beach, dated but adequate bedroom for one night only, no tea facilities and sockets damaged.
No parking, nearest public car park we found was a distance and €17 a day! Breakfast was cluttered and poor, seems eggs were made with ketchup compulsory!
The location was perfect with access to everything we wanted and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Struggled with getting connection with Wi Fi
the hotel suited us very well, staff very friendly. the hotel is looking over a beautiful beach, one could never get bored with Benidorm so much to see and do, and great fun.
could have had a little help with our suit cases, but it was not a problem, the hotel was very reasonable, and staff helpful.
I love the location next to the sea and beach and near to the Old Town and its tapas bars. It's the second time I've stayed at the hotel and it is consistently excellent with friendly staff, good local food. All I could hear at night was the sound of the waves. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a lovely reception area which overlooks the sea.
location great and we had booked a seafront room which didn't disappoint. Staff very pleasant and loved it was near to Old Town with all its tapas bars, pavement cafes and interesting shops. Didn't notice until too late we could have rented a kettle for our room to make tea/coffee
Although food was adequate with large portions, lunch or evening meal wasn't great. Also maybe "Guitara Musica" style piped music would give more ambience to the restaurant
Wifi wasn't very good. Kept dropping out all the time.
The old town restaurants nearby (walk away from the beach), the amazing crystal clear beach, the convenience of the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Typical budget hotel, you should know what to expect here, nothing special but great the price is right.
The wifi was a little annoying to use, kept dropping out but could still upload some photos so that is all you need for a holiday.
Friendly staff good food great location near beach and old town shops and bars.fridge in room great for cold drinks
Room a bit on small side.no tea making facilities.air conditioning not very efficient.can be a lot of noise late night but this is Benidorm
Location, very helpful friendly staff, enjoyable breakfast, close to all amenities for all ages
Twin beds, otherwise a very enjoyable stay
The location on the beach front and just in front of the old town is superb, amazing showers, staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful, its clean tidy and it's star rating is just about what it should be,but I say again your pay a lot more and get all the trimmings but the value for money and location won't be beat
It's an older type hotel and shows some signs of this, the pillows are not the best but the maid gave us more which made it better, the room was a bit dingy and faced inwards onto three walls but we booked late so probably got one of the last....a kettle n cups would have been nice...but these bits wouldn't put me off going back
Location on the sea front Nicely appointed rooms
Reception staff were less than cheerful - even when saying good morning to them each day (in Spanish)
Location to beach and cafes was good. The shower was powerful and hot. Staff had reasonable English but communicating with them was still hard. Was able to leave bags there on the last day after check out to walk around which was helpful.
Our room smelt so much like cigarette smoke (we are non-smokers) I couldn't sleep. I was propped up on 2 pillows halfway down the bed laying next to the open window to catch some cleaner air. Sleep quality was terrible. We requested a new room but no-could-do. We paid about 100 Euros for a room looking over air conditioners and into other rooms - they don't show those photos as views of your room on the website. Free WiFi didn't exist.
always enjoy the lounge its relaxing and overlooking the sea, not too far to get a sun lounger and far enough from the rowdy pubs further up the strip. Tends to be Spanish using hotel so reserved and well behaved.
Only thing I have trouble with after visiting hotel over seven times is the beds bit too hard for my taste but I do suffer with a bad back.
Wasn't too noisy despite it being by the beach and close to the nightlife. Perfect location for sea side holiday
Wifi signal poor in some areas of the hotel
Hotel position great for beach and old town Room 506 air con bang on had to turn it down
Only downside website said car parking could be organised on arrival we were directed to a municipal car park half a mile away 24hrs approximately 25 Euros.
You couldn't be closer to the beach in a relaxed location yet nightlife is only 10 minutes walk away.
The location was very good and the reception area was the best part of the hotel, we did not eat at the hotel because we were so upset at the very poor standard of room.
Our room was an absolute disgrace and was listed as having a 'courtyard view' it was in fact an internal shaft looking onto what appreared to be staff rooms where dirty washing was left hanging. The bathroom was far from clean with pubic hairs in the toilet, the shower drain was full of hair. The room was dark and depressing and we couldn't wait to get out. Asked if we could change rooms and pay a supplement, the answer was No! Very noisy in corridors with paper thin walls.
Closeness to the beach, literally 13 metres from the front door of the Bilbaino. The helpfulness of the staff. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by.
Noisy at night in street, sometimes up to 5 A.M. But this is Benidorm! The wifi was slow with poor connectivity. We were reseated each day for breakfast - baffling to us!
Fab views totally recommend
Noise from outside at night/early hours
Super location, balcony overlooking the beach.
Good location close to the beach and city centre...and nothing more about this hotel are positive
Bad breakfast , wi if is really bad
Very close to the beach and the "old town" with its restaraunts and bars. The hotel restaurant was also good with a wide selection. The pool was really good-clean without the overuse of chlorine.
The pool area was so popular that there was a lack of sun beds.
What a great location. Right on the beach with beautiful views of the entire beach.
