Staff was very helpfull and nice

Beds are poor and I was wake up in pain

Very well located, 5 minute walk from tram station that takes you basically everywhere or 10 minute walk to city center. Has parking!

well, we had to pay more since we are a family with 3 kids and policies of the hotels don't allow extra kids due to insurance..but if you pay more the insurance is no longer a problem, just found that funny!

Good facilities, I read some reviews before booking, I am pleased I did not believe them all as my 7 day stay was extremely acceptable. Good secure parking, excellent access to accomodation, clean comfortable, well equiped rooms. Very friendly multi lingual staff. I would suggest asking for a room as far away as possible from the resident north african contingent !.

Latter part of my stay was slightly spoilt by neighbors who were quite noisy late at night and did not seem to understand that all rooms are equipped with outside doors that close.

The beds are really bad, I didn't sleep at all they were 2 camp beds pushed together to make a double

rooms had no airconidtioning. My bed broke in the middle of the night and I almost hit my head on the night stand, almost gave me a heart attack and I only got an apology. Our shower head was not working on day one, I reported it and they fixed it. Bathrooms need more towel racks.

Great location, facilities as per advert. Very handy for old town and pleasant walk into city centre.

Only complaint was the sofa bed in the lounge stunk of sweat. As a result of this did not want to use in any way.

There was plenty of room

There were no wine glasses, no kettle to boil water, no bread knife. In fact very limited kitchen facilities. Shower was too small and overflowed making bath room dangerous. very difficult to find as they do not supply street number in booking confirmation and it is a very long street.

Clean, modern and excellent value. Came for business and the apartment was perfect to work in. Very comfortable. Even when we had to check out on our day of departure, staff allowed us to move our 'office' to the public lounge and we worked there in comfort for the rest of the day until our flight.. Will be using the Apartments again. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was excellent. She was most welcoming, very informative and highly professional. A real asset to the company. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed and was within walking distance of all Bilbao's attractions. The tram provided a time-saving alternative and was only a short walk away.

Too far out from the town, itself and up a very steep hill,especially when pulling a heavy suitcase It was also extremely hot.. The girl on duty Prado was very helpful, but the apartment looked tired and not at all like the pictures on Booking. Com. Felt we were conned by the pictured.

Very well situated close to the old town, The tram terminal was about 150 yards away at the bottom of the street. This tram takes you all through Bilbao for 1.40 euros. The Bilbobus stop is also at the bottom of the street. If you want to travel by train the station is with the tram terminal.The apartments were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a little basic but has everything needed for a snack or light meal.

We liked everything about Apartamentos Atxuri.

Location was only short distance from great bars, tourist icons and the staff couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome.

Is not air-conditioned, but does have opening windows.

We discovered the location was in fact very close to the old town as well as the Tramway for easy access to all of the city. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning would have been a bonus but the quality of the apartments were very good.

The apartment was bright and airy and clean. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs with a proper oven, fridge freezer and microwave.

The beds weren't very comfortable and the sofa bed in the lounge wasn't good to sleep on.

The apartment was spacious and represented good value for money for a family of 4. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The apartments were an easy 10 minute walk to the old town of Bilbao and a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim. The was a small supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean and quiet. I'd recommend it.

The apartments were clean and well equipped. What really made the trip for us was the helpfulness of the duty manager, Prado. She was fantastic and made our stay totally enjoyable!

No air conditioning Very noisy road but ok with shutters down and window shut.

Bright, Airy,( though Air-con not very user friendly). Roof terrace is a lovely feature. Friendly English speaking staff.

A couple of seats on the balcony would have been nice, also no shelving for toiletries in bathroom, putting stuff along the wash-hand basin and on the cistern is not ideal. Wi-fi very hit and miss, didnt work in apartment and only sometimes in the reception lounge. It is a bit of a treck up the hill in the extreme heat. These are picky things which can easily be sorted (location aside). Would still highly reccomend.

Nice, new basic apartment 5 minutes from the old city centre and 35 minutes from Güggenheim museum. Good value for money.

Some apartments can get warm in summer. There is no airconditioning.

No ashtrays in smoking room and didn`t like glass table as it wasn`t pratical for a family.

They had a kitchen and washing machine also a dishwasher.

They did not have a safe in the apartment to lock up valuables. Because of this I was robbed of some money. Also they're website contact address does not work where I tried to send an email suggesting they install safes ever other hotel in Spain has had one in the room.
