near to the beach, spectacular view from our apartment, interesting programs for children everyday, nice facilities for children and sport lovers, free wifi far from airport, one way taxi costs 70 euro, not so many choices in the buffet, no nice restaurant around, unclean room and bathroom, ants and sowbugs in the room at the front east line,

The location was perfect. We were near three calas (beaches) that were absolutely beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious. The bus stop was in front of the hotel so it was very easy to go to other places. We really like and enjoy our stay.

Spectacular view from our room Way too big.... Meaning it was too crowded. At the pools you didn't even have room to get in and out of your chairs except at the foot because they were literally sitting side by side with not even an inch of space between you and the person beside you. The restaurants were crazy at dinner time. It was like herding cows to chow or something. Just way too many people/children in one place. Not at all relaxing

Great view of the sea from the apartment & very handy for the beach. Quiet, in the time we were there (suspect it gets very noisy in school holidays). The apartment wasn't well enough equipped to self cater easily, considering it was supposed to be 4 star.

El entorno natural que rodea el complejo. Las calas son preciosas. El cierre del buffe a las 21 horas para la cena es muy temprano. Los dias que fuimos de excursión a Palma y a Tramontana, fue un sprint llegar a cenar.

Especialmente el trato del personal y en general las instalaciones, apartamento, piscina, limpieza etc. todo correcto, aunque han sido pocos dias y no henmos podido disfrutrar de las mismas. Quizá la señalización en la carretera para llegar al hotel, es un poco complicado llegar.

Alles war perfekt. Double Zimmer modern. Großes Bad. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Lage klasse. Direkt am Meer. Mehrere Pools. Alles sehr schön Buffet Frühstück und halbpension GUT aber immer gleich und wenn man spät kommt, ist es nicht mehr viel angeboten. Ansonsten alles OK

Hôtel tip,top sur tous rapports surtout conseillé pour faire plage, piscine bar. Les buffets sont variés et copieux. Animation parfaite sans vous casser les oreilles (excellent club pour les enfants de tous âges) les commentaires négatifs de certains sont parfois abusifs. Je vous le recommande vraiment, j’étais moi-même retissant sur l’hôtel mais c’était la seule destination de libre en mai avec une réservation de dernière minutes. Je suis vraiment enchanté de mon séjour et le recommande à tous...sauf les pour les jamais content qui veulent du Carlton au tarif Resort et qui ne sont jamais satisfait à part critiquer. Bon séjour à tous. Les matelas sont vraiment trop dur et pas très confortable mais cela n'engage que mon épouse et moi-même.

Sehr schöne Lage, aber leider an Felsküste. Schöne Anlage mit 4 Pools und vielen Sport Möglichkeiten. Wir hatten Mühe das Resort zu finden, da es nicht wie angegeben in Porto Christo, sonden im ca. 6 km entfernten Porto Christo Nova liegt. Wenn man mit dem Fahrrad kommt, ist dieses etwas mühsam, da auch noch sehr bergig.

Fantastiskt vackert läge. Lägenheterna var bekväma med vackert havsutsikt. Bra frukost. Lugn familjehotell, barnvänligt. Två fina poolområde. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående, serviceinriktade och vänliga. Hjälpte oss med tidig avbokning då vi ville återvända till Palma. Vi fick pengarna tillbaka. Extra plus för det!! Ligger en bra bit från Porto Cristo vilket vi inte hade räknat med. Allt, t.o.m baren var stängd kl 24:00. Inget för partysugna resenärer. Vattnet i poolen var inte uppvärmt, gick inte att bada utomhus trotts gasande sol (1/5-3/5).

- die Anlage - die Lage Zimmer mit Sicht auf Meer - Das Buffet - Bettbezug, Wolldecken finde ich nicht mehr sehr hygienisch und vor allem keine Ersatzdecken, wenn zu kalt, man will ja die Zimmer nicht immer heizen.
