Staff very friendly & helpful, great views from room, decent buffet breakfast. Excellent location for exploring Palma & the island, coveniently located for golf!

We liked the bar, and the outdoor area with the pool was really nice.

Uncomfortable beds, the walls let to much sound through, only spanish tv. The staff didn't seem to care much about us, we didn't feel very welcome.

the proximity to the city . the food was very good the hotel was clean and comfortable but not suitbale for those with walking difficlties as it is on a steep hill but with lovely views and buses stop outside the hotel

Cheesing points were only in bathroom. We got room in first floor, would have preferred something higher. Location is up hill - so walking around is a bit of pain. Breakfast was not so good.

Great location. Onsite pool, walk to beach. Huge breakfast daily. Super nice staff. Big balcony, looks straight to ocean. Bus 46 stops right outside from palma centre and also bus 3 stops down the stairs next to beach. Reception gave us inside tips on lots of places we wanted to go. Loved it!

Internet is in rooms only with cable so bring one as they have lots but they get borrowed fast. Wifi in lobby and bar on first floor only.

Noisy, everything can be heard from other rooms. Hard to find a parking place. Only one sucket in the room.

An average 3 star hotel with amazing sea view. And it is all about the view. If that is the reason for your booking you wont be disappointed. Everything else is on the level of a 3 star hotel, don't expect much more.

Bus 46. Take bus 3 and walk 100m up to the hill. Also when coming from airport, take bus 1 to Porto Pi (not Placa de Spanje) and then change to bus 20. Line 20 has much shorter route than 46 and will bring you up to the hill to the same bus station.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. There were fried and scrambled eggs and bacon, toast, cakes, croisants, fruit and marmalades. The room was cosy, comfortable and an inspiring sea view with habour and coastal cliffs included from the balcony. The number 3 bus to Palma de Mallorca centre costs Euro 1.50

The terazza (balcony) doors would not lock securely. This was rectified promptly the same day that the matter was reported. The entrance door lock was faulty. This also was rectified promptly. There was a noisy group who occuppied 3 or 4 rooms adjacent to our room. Youths were running wild in the passage at 2330 hours as their parents talked loudly across the passage from their open hotel room doors. I contacted the front desk and the matter was handled promptly. Peace and quiet returned. The slamming of doors is a major problem in almost all hotel, this hotel was no different. We would stay again if the price was right. We paid Euros 39.00

It is quite near the beach and the view is excellent. And you can find the supermarket and bus station nearby.

Our breakfast was only 1 euro per 1 person per day- good deal. Good view from the balcony. Close to Cala Mayor

One worker from restaurant was strange, didn't want us to use the microwave, he was afraid of explosion and made some strange jokes, when we asked him for a knife. We could hear in our room how our neighbors took a shower.

Buffet food although varied was usually frozen or tinned food being used. Fresh vegetables and fresh potatoes would be nice.

It was situated outside palma, whereas map showed hotel as being in city centre.

The room was clean and decent although the tv did not work. Good bathroom. Hotel facilities were ok. The breakfast was fine.

The hotel is not near the town. It takes a 20 min, busride to the centre of Palma.
