Centrally located, the Barcelona 4 Fun Hostel has Wi-Fi. In the Gothic Quarter, the guesthouse is just over a quarter mile from Ramblas and a 10-minute walk from Barceloneta Beach.

There is kitchen where you can cook..
I have to pay for the towel
It was too cold.
Everything else. The price compared to the quality of the room. The room which was destroyed since the entrance. How the hotel was cold. And the worst: the shower. Showers are to be shared and they were unbelievably despicable. Everything smelled like urine and felt like it had never been cleaned before. No towels were given so we had to use the old ones- the ones that smelled like urine. It was so disgusting.
We had a four bed room it was really nice and clean with shared toilets but it was ok and it's close to the sea side
The bed sheets wasn't that clean and its a bit far from the nearest metro station
Hostel is old and rusty! My room had no window! The only good point is location.. My rate 2/10
The location is perfect - in the Gotic Quarter, near to the Barcelonetta Beach and the Rambla, transport can be found easily. Shared spaces, bathroom and toilet are kept clean, there was no problem with sharing. Staff is friendly.
The entrance for the hostel is not marked at all, and the street number is not visible - we had hard time finding it. The buzzer is also not marked at all and this is a resident building so we made a problem ringing the wrong door bell. Luckily a random guy opened the door for us. It's very very noisy the whole night - there are people on the street below at all times. In the rooms there are not enough power sockets - in a room for 4 there were only 2.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hard to find a better location.
nothing....completely over charged for a dirty, noisy uncomfortable night. we didn't even take our clothes off to go to sleep,we were afraid of catching something off the bed sheets!
Location was excellent.
The noise from people coming in at 4-5am was pretty distracting and woke me up most nights.
Nothing is good
Every way is dirty!
Nothing that we like.
We didn't enjoy staying there, the room was exclusive small, the bed was ok but we hardly can open the window because it's towards to the kitchen, or downstairs other people's, so smelly after cooking. And the floor is so high there is no lift which we needed to carry our travelling luggage upto fifth or sixth-can't remember, without anybody's help. Anyway, that's the first hostel I am strongly dis recommend, sorry for that but I am honest.
Just a very good location (near 5-10 minutes to Rambla)
Awful rooms: dirty, smell bad, noisy and have just one sockets. The main picture for this hostel is common room with one little balcony and one sofa, and that's all. Very bad! We moved from this hostel next day:(
the location is close to everything, 5 minutes walking from the beach and 2 min from the metro station. It's perfect
it's not a place where you will have much time to sleep. very noisy because of its central position.
have meet very pleasent peole. in general good place to neet young travelers. Not really luxury, but best deal if you are looking for exploring a city and feeling the pulse of the culture.
It was close to the city center. Nice area.
The room was not available that I booked. It was quite annoying. I had to stay in a smaller room with a very small window. I would recommend not to stay here.
It is very central but that is all!
Small, dirty and would say scary rooms! The pictures here posted must be from a secret room because of the 5 rooms I saw none are so nice like in the pictures! Terrible experience that I will never repeat!
staff saying about sexual preferences when I wan not interested, loud guests next door
disturbing smell in the room, noisy bed
I didn't like the fact to be taken for an idiot
Hostel was in a great location with a car park directly opposite and rooms were large. Great for young people that don't need much sleep!
Room was dirty and we thought it was expensive 100 euros for 1 night with shared bathroom. Also was difficult to get in as the lock on the hostel door wouldn't open, so we had to keep getting the staff to let us in. Our room was on the back, it was very hot (obviously its Barcelona!) so we had the window open, but had to shut it in the end as people in other rooms were having parties, and the language was a bit ripe for our 8 and 5 year old girls!! Car parking was very expensive and be careful, they literally charge you if you are 1 minute over your return time even though the day before they'd made out we had about 10 mins grace!
Fairly clean hostel.
1) No fans in the room, got them replaced two times, still did not work. 2) Looks very much like an illegal hostel. Name of hostel not mentioned anywhere on the property. Ample 24 is a property with no name and shared by many hostels, with no names on the doors. What is claimed on Booking.com is not the case at all! When asked around, people told us it might be an illegal hostel, probably will have to pack up shop within a year. 3) They only accept cash transaction. Receipt was under the stamp of Yuraq Janka, S.L. CIF B-66146135 4) Poor customer service. Staff (Jose) was very laidback, promising stuff without any delivery. When we complained that the fan was not working, we got the below responses. a) Just keep the fan plugged in, it will start working after some time. b) Its already spring in Spain, not as hot as summer. Okay, we do get the sense of humor, but it is not professional at all, especially for the price being charged. It is on par with some of the 3 or 4 star hotels. I wonder whether Booking.com does any due diligence of the property at all and I will rethink before using this service again.
Beautiful and in the heart of the city.
You need some ear plugs and a sense of humor about post-teen girls, and you'll be good.
