The woman receptionist and night shift receptionist are not helpful and they did not speak English especially the a shift woman. I asked whether the hotel could order a taxi for me, she replied that no!!!!!!!!!! She was very rude and she should not work in a hotel. The hotel itself is ok, but the receptionists should be re-educated how to handle customers in a good way. No kettle is available, it should be re-considered.

Clean and comfortable, walking distance till Camp Now, metro and Diagonal. Very good value for money.

I've been there few times, it's simple,clean, nice, cheap, people are very friedly, we love this tiny hotel.

Quite big rooms, everything clean and tidy. Good hotel for its price.

WiFi is not stable. Location is far from the center.

A very comfortable stay and location excellent for the purpose of our visit.

The only thing i felt the room would have benefited from would be a small kettle and cups. This is only because as a British traveller we like to drink lots of tea and coffee.

Internet was working very well, only 5 min walk to main metro station, check-out until 12:00am, small but very modern bathroom (shower!!)

Very small rooms, noisy (could hear people talking outside your room), breakfast is not very good

It is very close to the public transport ana also FC Barcelona.

All staff are so unfriendly and sour faced.

This is a nice clean hotel. Rooms are larger than expected. There are safety lock boxes available behind the front desk with 24 hour surveillance which is nice. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the metro. You will not be able to walk to major attractions from the hotel but the metro has direct lines to them. Would definitely visit this hotel again.

Nothing. Location was not good .Price was high. Breakfast system not good or friendly. We dont like this hotel . We can not refer our family or friends. Sorry. Bed was very light wait. We booked for double bed . But they alloted triple bed . It was very small. Front desk staff Mr Oriol has a good customer service skills.

Far away from subway. Very olde installation. Window location not good. Overall very bad.

The room was very good. Especially our bathroom was very good and clean. They changed the towels everyday and cleaned the room everyday. The room was big and perfect for three people. I stayed with my mum and my sister and we all liked the hotel a lot.

It is not very close to the city center but in Barcelona everywhere is close because of the metro. So in conclusion I didn't dislike anything.

The room was very clean, AC for the hot summer days, free WiFi and a TV set with USB and SD card reader. The staff was really friendly and helpfull eventhough there were language barieres.

What's your aim? City trip or Budget / Backpackers? Then it is right choice. Near from metro and buses (about 7 minutes if you don't want to have a snack at nice cafeteria on your way). Well-wishing staff. Rooms have old furniture but bathroom is quite decent.Not noisy, the hotel are in quiet block. The hotel is not far from Kamp-Noy(FC Barcelona) - in 15 minutes on foot - you child will be glad.

The hotel is small, with no view. Rooms are small respectively. There are not many cafeteria and restaurants around the hotel. You have to go more to found something decent.
