The room was comfortable, very clean and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was ideal for the purposes of our trip to Barcelona and the price was excellent value for money. Would stay there again and would recommend it.

The woman receptionist and night shift receptionist are not helpful and they did not speak English especially the a shift woman. I asked whether the hotel could order a taxi for me, she replied that no!!!!!!!!!! She was very rude and she should not work in a hotel. The hotel itself is ok, but the receptionists should be re-educated how to handle customers in a good way. No kettle is available, it should be re-considered.

Location is good without being in the centre of the city. It is only 600 meters from Metro station which takes you straight to the heart of the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Secure car parking in the basement of the hotel is limited ( only room for 3 cars ) and is expensive at an additional 20 euros per day. The hotel is on a main street and can be quite noisy at night, but I guess this is the price you pay for the location.

All facilities and room itself are mainained very well! The staff is very kind and gave us excelent and friendly service. Location was very good for our professional purposes since its in the business center of the town and very near to all important hospitals (we are MD). Near Metro and bus stops. Near a supermarket which opens 24/7. Near lots of good value restaurants. Near very nice shops and the big mall Corte Ingless. Great location indeed! Breakfast was very good! Only missing thing in this hotel is a cofee machine/bar/room facilities for making yourself a hot dring when your in the room, in case you dont feel like going out for having your drink. But...Lets face it...nothing is perfect (-:

A very comfortable stay and location excellent for the purpose of our visit. The only thing i felt the room would have benefited from would be a small kettle and cups. This is only because as a British traveller we like to drink lots of tea and coffee.

Internet was working very well, only 5 min walk to main metro station, check-out until 12:00am, small but very modern bathroom (shower!!) Very small rooms, noisy (could hear people talking outside your room), breakfast is not very good

Everybody were so nice, speaking english, helping everything what you need. The location is perfect for everything- close to the metro and 5 bus stops around. In the same time, very quite and charming hotel. Deffenetly next time if I go to Barcelona will stay there. Just perfect place for travellers like me;)).

This is a nice clean hotel. Rooms are larger than expected. There are safety lock boxes available behind the front desk with 24 hour surveillance which is nice. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the metro. You will not be able to walk to major attractions from the hotel but the metro has direct lines to them. Would definitely visit this hotel again.

Nothing. Location was not good .Price was high. Breakfast system not good or friendly. We dont like this hotel . We can not refer our family or friends. Sorry. Bed was very light wait. We booked for double bed . But they alloted triple bed . It was very small. Front desk staff Mr Oriol has a good customer service skills. Far away from subway. Very olde installation. Window location not good. Overall very bad.

The room was very good. Especially our bathroom was very good and clean. They changed the towels everyday and cleaned the room everyday. The room was big and perfect for three people. I stayed with my mum and my sister and we all liked the hotel a lot. It is not very close to the city center but in Barcelona everywhere is close because of the metro. So in conclusion I didn't dislike anything.

Close to Maria Christina metro, Bus stop rigt at the hotel (takes to Plaza Catalunya). Small long working shop in near by. Clean Hotel, clean bathroom, wifi ok. Airport bus transfer had a problem to find Hotel, so be prepared to spend extra time getting there and out with airport transfer service. Drivers are not familliar with this district. Call transfer centre a little bit before meeting time to make sure you dont miss flight.

The hotel is in a lovely location in a quiet suburb, but convenient for public transport. The room was well-appointed and spacious, the breaksfast excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. I would whole- heartedly recommend this hotel.
