The male member of staff working on Thursday 16th May 2013 between 4pm & about 9.30 showed excellent customer service.

I booked a room with double bed only, but got a room with 3 beds.

Hotel was in a good location, and rooms/bedding kept very clean. Very nice bathroom, and good shower.

My bedroom was beside a very noisy, often-used lift.

The room was good size and very clean. Great choice for the buffet breakfast. The bathroom was beautiful and the walk in shower was wonderful. Close to the Metro station. Quiet area .

Lack of nearby bars or restaurants( there was only one and no bar open unless you walked 15 minutes up a steep hill.no English speaking channel on the TV. The Wi-Fi was un reliable from our room on the fourth floor or in the small lounge.

Close to tje purpose of the trip and public transport and bathroom facilities very good

Price high for quality of room drab and run down except for bath room.

Parking facility available for guests.

The bathroom shower fell while having shower, the couple having sex in the opposite room was disturbing us a lot and we couldn't concentrate on our movie.Like our entire walls were shaking and it seemed the women was getting penetrated for the first time.A Little less attitude by hotel staff would be appreciated after all they are there to serve not to be served. Ps

The breakfast for €10 was a bit expensive.

I stayed in Bonanova Park for one night with my partner. It was in a great location, was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful. I was surprised how good the bathroom/shower facilities were considering this was 2 star budget hotel. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

It can be really loud since walls seem to be really thin.

Check out staff member was very rude, swore at me and shouted at me in front of my two kids. This was because I wanted to use my Girlfriends visa card. I had full written permission to use this but this seemed to upset him and he was very abusive to me.

The fact that the hotel was central to most things and that the staff were very helpful. It was five minutes walk from the Swiss Consulate where we had to do some official paperwork. The price was very reasonable.

It is not something I didn't like; more of a suggestion. There was not a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which is very important for me as my eyesight is not what it was.

The location was good on a main metro line. The breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice.

Close to the underground station. Nice, clean rooms. Free, fast wifi. Helpful staff.

The hotel staff was friendly and polite. The rooms were always clean. The wireless worked without a problem. There were about 3 supermarkets near the hotel with fairly cheap prices and the subway station was just 5 minutes away.

The room was rather hot and turning on the air conditioner didn't do any good. Also, the walls were rather thin and sometimes you could hear noise coming from the other rooms.

Very clean room and shower. Mini bar. Friendly personal. Calm area. Close to shopping, bus stop right outside the hotel. We are very pleased and will stay there again next time we come to Barcelona.

Wifi not so good. Still, works fine for checking email and stuff but not if you have to work with your computer. Missed room service a bit. Had to go out for coffee.

Rooms a bit too small.

Perfect location in quiet street, 5 min from Plaza toros de Valencia (central train station). Excellent service, they spoke fluently english and german, what is exception for Spanish conditions. The room was clean, wifi worked without problems.

Not comfortable beds and quite loud

Modern bathroom, quiet location not far from metro Maria Cristina. Working air-conditioning. 24-hours reception desk - very convenient for night travellers. The stuff was helpful, but not very friendly.

Sound isolation was rather poor, you can hear what's going on in the corridor, especially in the morning. There were only Spanish tv channels (for those who watch tv) Wifi wasn't working on the 4th floor, had to change a room.

тHe staff was friendly and competent. The location and the aria were good. The hotel was clean and comfirtable.

The wi-fi was quite disappointingly slow to arrive. The room was rather tiny.

It was clean, it had a mini bar. The metro station was 5 minutes walking time from the hotel. Very nice neighborhood and safe, I haven't seen any suspicious people in that area. The room was simple but ok for our purpose. There are 3 supermarkets in the near vicinity, one of them is open until 02:00.

Breakfast was too expensive for what it offered.
