Really nice and very spacious room, a good location for visiting the old city

A small hotel in an excellent position beside the historic centre. Although booked for one person I had nice big room with lovely balcony. It was very reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful.

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. My room was big and bright and a wonderful place to stay. While it's not in the historic center of Santiago, it is only a block or two outside, and still quite centrally located.

Breakfast was ok but not great.

Well located close to historic centre yet no disturbance from late night revellers. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Extremely clean. Great breakfast in sumptuous dining room. My room was a good size and very comfortable.

There really was nothing to dislike although I was surprised that staff reaction to a temporary wifi outage was more in the way of a shoulder shrug with palms raised than positive action. In other words, "nothing to do with me".

-Location is great. You are in the historial centre without beeing right in the midle of the confusion (I was there during holy week) -Near everything but at the same time very quiet. I visited the city and rested also very well due to the great location of the hotel. - There is a public car parking lot very near by, and you have 30% discount given by the hotel. - Staff is great - Breakfeast was good - Price/quality racio is great

Extremely helpful staff, especially Javier on reception. Beautifully-restored historic building in a good location with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms.

We loved this hotel-it was the best in our 6 weeks travel thru Spain and Portugal. Room was big, well located, wifi worked well, public parking with discount nearby, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was superb - they cooked eggs to order. We wish we could have stayed longer. Great city as well.

All was perfect!

This is a small little gem in the center of santiago. Breakfast was superb. Staff couldn't be more attentive, friendly and close. Room was extremely clean and quiet and the hotel was a 15 minutes walk through the beautiful narrow old streets of the town to the Cathedral. Finally, it is an incredible good value for money.

It is absolutly nothing I didn't like about this fantastic little hotel.

Rooms were large and clean. facilities in the room were of a high standard. Excellant breakfast. Staff very helpful. Very close to the old town , restaurants and museums.

Great small hotel with great service clean and comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

This hotel was clean and welcoming, as was our delightful room, and included a nice breakfast spread. Only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Cathedral through scenic old streets. The elevator was a plus, and though we didn't need it, there is A/C. Parking is nearby.

Quite difficult to find and access.

We stayed in a superior room which overlooked the rooftops and the Cathedral Spires. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fabulous walk in shower. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town - it was perfectly situated for us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel looked and felt more than 2 stars. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was really good. Also, the day of the check-out we were flying really early in the morning and we couldn't profit from the breakfast that was included, therefore they prepared for us a "breakfast bag" with all kind of things (sandwich, fruit, sponge cake, Santiago cake, orange juice) and left it in the room the day before. Overall, a great choice!!!
