These elegant, fully-equipped apartments are located in a new building just 4 minutes’ walk from Fontana metro station. They have a roof terrace with views over the Gracia neighborhood and free Wi-fi. Bonavista’s air-conditioned apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows and a modern décor with stone flooring and a neutral color scheme. The kitchen features a vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and includes a heated towel rail and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided. There are 2 food markets within less than 10 minutes’ walk of Bonavista Apartments. Visitors will also find many shops, bars, cafés and restaurants in Gracia. Gaudí’s famous creations, such as Parc Güell, Sagrada Família, and La Pedrera are all within less than 20 minutes’ walk of the apartments. The number 39 bus to Barceloneta beach stops on Gran de Gracia, about 5 minutes’ walk away. Private parking is available upon request and at an additional cost.
