Space -decor and staff

Wifi connection totally insuffisant for modern traveler. Rather a paying connected with lan than this ! Do not go if you must connected. Too risky..... But to disconnect a few days it is perfect. Noicy on saturday night.

Very helpful staff in the reception. A scale available - good for Ryanair travellers.

We didn't see much of recycling (Waste)

The staff speaks good English, the room was very clean and spacious, reasonably priced for such a central location.

It is difficult to reach the hotel by car.

Breakfast, noise from the street, cold rooms. Veeeery slow (but free) internet.

It was extremely noisy. Hard to find. My taxi driver from the airport said he could not get thre and I would have to walk a few blocks.

This is sort of a botque hotel, and it is very small, but the 2 bedroom suite is quite large. Location is great, and staff is friendly and helpful. I would probably stat again.

This hotel is very unique, and probably renovated several years ago. Ths rooms could use an update, a little tired, and it had a moldy smell to it. Taxi's have a hard time finding this hotel, but the location is great once you get there.

We loved the hotel. The location was great in El Born area - lots of old town character, winding passages leading to peaceful squares, lots of interesting independent shops, great cafes and some lovely restaurants and bars. We had a room on the top floor to sleep 3 people - had lots of space, a great bathroom, comfy beds and access to the roof terrace.

Our only complaint was that the air conditioning in one room was broken and didn't get fixed during the stay (4 nights). And there's no bar or communal area of the hotel so it's really just a place to sleep, get ready etc.

Friendly staff, interesting location. Bathroom was quite large. Cleaned well, fresh towels daily.

Reception area untidy upon arrival. ‘Superior’ room was basic in every respect. A room with a warped floor, causing the wood flooring to have risen, which meant the door jammed every time it was opened. Door hung badly, so could not be locked from the inside. Badly lit room. No ceiling light, light came only from the bedside lamps or floor lamp. Not much sunlight coming in the windows. Room constantly dull. No safe in the room. No 'information brochure' in room. We had to ask for how to connect to wifi. No info on when breakfast was etc. Basic things that every other hotel on the planet manages were beyond the scope of this hotel. No room telephone. No coffee facilities. No idea there was a roof terrace etc. or what other facilities there were at the hotel. No emergency instructions anywhere. Everything left to us to find out Weak / useless hairdryer. Terrible furnishing, impractical seat and stool in middle of floor had to be shifted, cheap Ikea side tables. Storage was an ugly hanging area, with spring loaded drawers that would not easily stay shut. TV attached to the side wall of the room, and not on a swivel bracket so cannot be watched from bed. Door stops on the floor exactly where you walk coming in the room, or in/out of shower leading to stubbed toes. Overpriced, cheaply decorated and badly put together. 'Superior' bedrooms are absolutely not worth the money. No one on reception at departure (around 9am). Left key passes on paper strewn desk.

Sign outside is very small and walked past the hotel twice before actually finding it.

Very friendly staff (Allesandra), situated close to the bars of the El Born area, but also walking distance to the beach and many sights. Clean, reasonably spacious, modern rooms. Allegedly axcellent brekkie, but I never made it there.

Barcelona is a very loud city which makes it difficult to sleep in. But I think thats the case with almost any hotel there. Our room was quite dark.

Beautiful boutique hotel. With 11 rooms you get a feeling that you live alone at the hotel. We stayed at the first floor in the beautiful room 102.. You could hear noice from the street but that did not disturbe us as it was not a party or restaurang street.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging in centrum is uitermate prima

Er was behoorlijk wat lawaai in dit gedeelte van het centrum - echt nadelig Het ontbijt was duur en niet georganiseerd. De hotelketen heeft nog een ander hotel : Mercer hotel even verderop - de kamers zijn er duurder maar is rustiger en prima keuken en service.

Près du métro, 10 minutes à pied de la Rambla, un quartier avec plein de restaurants. Grande chambre (60 m2 pour 4) avec beaucoup de rangements et de dressing.

Sonorisation de la chambre : quartier bruyant et pas de double vitrage... Nous avions une chambre quadruple et la salle de bain est très petite... Tv avec que des chaines espagnoles uniquement... Aucune chaine internationale d'informations...

Le coté spacieux des chambres (un petit appartement pour deux amies) et le barrio gotic où se trouve l'hotel vraiment agréable et bien placé.

La douche, pas très fonctionnelle et un appart un peu "froid" niveau chauffage.

Пркрасное расположение в историческом центре - в двух шагах масса достопримечательностей, метро Jaume I, Rambla, рынок, где можно купить свежие продукты, относительно недалеко пешком порт, океанариум, пляж. Понравились завтраки - тихо, уютно, готовят омлет и варят кофе, все очень дружелюбно (хотя выбор продуктов на завтраке невелик, гурман бы расстроился).

В номере была отключена плита - соотвественно с идеей приготовить что-то из свежих продуктов с рынка пришлось попрощаться начисто. Отель 4 звезды - тапочки и халаты не предусмотрены (специально ведь не стал тапочки брать, думал все есть). Уборка выполнялась посредственно и без фанатизма (посуду просто ополоснут, постель просто заправят). В номере было довольно прохладно (декабрь, что ж поделаешь?!). Здорово подвел Wi-Fi - в номере 402, где мы жили, беспроводной интернет фактически отсутствовал (а это была одна из причин выбора этого отеля).

Lokasyon genel olarak çok iyi olmakla beraber, sokağı maalesef çok parlak değil geceleri. Odalar çok ferah ve yeterli hacme sahip ancak bina girişi çok küçük. Internette oyle algılamamış idik. Bir de transfer istemiş idik havalimanından,talebimiz gayet net olmasına rağmen maalesef bizi bu konuda çok üzdüler.

Hatta aile büyüklerimiz hastalandı soğuktan.
