As usual fantastic atmosphere, relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Love this hotel!! Will always go back every once in a while.

The service was excellent, the facilities first rate and the attention to detail second to none. Personalised attention by all hotel staff at all times. Facilities at the spa are wonderful as are the treatments. If you want noise and night life this is not the hotel for you.

Отель расположен а городе далеко от пляжа

Las estupendas instalaciones de spa y gimnasio y la calidad de la comida en los restaurantes (el Pad Thai del Oriental y la lasaña de berenjena en el Papagayo insuperables ). Magnífico estado de conservación de los jardines y estanques orientales, con nenúfares y carpas. La atención del personal, en especial de Antonio desde el momento de la entrada al Hotel.

quizás las opciones de restaurante eran escasas. Durante nuestra estancia, de los tres restaurantes del hotel, uno de ellos se encontraba cerrado y comer en los dos restantes se hacía repetitivo. Posiblemente no volvería a contratar media pensión por este motivo. Dos veces que pedí carne poco hecha, me la sirvieron excesivamente hecha, y eso que la segunda vez le comenté el problema al metre antes de pedir, pero fue en vano. No me preguntaron después si estaba a mi gusto.

Die Abendrestaurants befinden sich ausschließlich im Interieur. Der märchenhafte Garten konnte abends nicht genossen werden. Der bei den Suiten inkludierte sehr schöne Spa-Bereich konnte nicht in Anspruch genommen werden. 2 vergebliche Versuche: entweder keine Liegen oder keine Schirme. Die einzig negative Situation.

Немного дороговато, но если Вы не располагаете значительным бюджетом попробуйте остановится здесь хотя бы на 2-3 дня

L'hôtel est parfait mais Puerto de la cruz ne présente pas énormément d'attraits, il fait soit rester dans l'hôtel, soit louer une voiture

Albergo di classe. Ottima colazione, Ottima spa e giardini.

Rapporto qualità prezzo, non vale quanto pagato. Letto grande ma non confortevole. Particolari dei bagni datati e malfunzionanti.

Qualité des prestations : SPA, restauration, services. Gentillesse du personnel, propreté des lieux, toutes les petites attentions. Bref, un séjour merveilleux à conseiller !

Petites touches négatives : bord de la piscine très glissant donc inconfortable. Ouverture du SPA à 8h le matin et pourtant à 9h30 tout est encore froid ou tiède (bien loin des températures affichées). Massage anti-douleur inefficace ! Dommage que les restaurants qui sont délicieux ne sont ouverts que le soir. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop manger le soir et préfère un bon déjeuner c'est fichu !

vor einigen Jahren war ich im Hotel Botanico, da war der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna ohne Bekleidung begehbar. Jetzt muss Badekleidung getragen werden, was ich als einschränkend, schade und hinderlich empfinde.

Sehr freundliche, profesionelle und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Der großzügige und außergewöhnliche Spa Bereich und das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffett.

Die Bodenfliesen im Innenbereich der Saunalandschaft extreme Rutschgefahr bei Feuchtigkeit. Ich bin auch schwer gestürzt. Für ältere Menschen eine echte Gefahr.
